The building offers a convenience store, laundromat , very large swimming pool, sushi restaurant, lovely restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and... a neighborhood friendly pub, offering $1.00 beers between 5 and 6 PM daily, which also offers dinning. If you love rainbows this is the spot for viewing them from all spots in the unit. If your lucky you could spot one of our double amazing double rainbows!

The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants that cater to every nationality. World class shopping to farmers markets are located throughout Waikiki. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.

Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your back yard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open air trolleys.

The property is located within a few short blocks from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Waikiki condo for 5 nights. It was about a 5/10 min. walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and 10/15 min to downtown Waikiki. Easy access to restaurants, ABC stores, beach, etc. The room was small, but was perfect for our low-key stay. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies (hot plate, microwave) made our visit easier. Roger was very helpful and accommodating (we had a problem with the tv and requested a late check out). Would stay here again!Read more

  Not at all what I expected - a real disappointment

  Unfortunately, the apartment didn't meet any of my expectations. The apartment building is quite shabby - and so is the apartment. Some more or less modern furniture can't make up this fact. The cleanliness was quite poor. The aC is super loud. And since the apartment is on the 35th floor and the windows are in bad condition it's very noisy if the wind blows (and actually its windy on the island almost every day) and you can hardly fall asleep because of that.
  In addition, there were several discomforts caused by the fact that the landlord didn't inform me that I have to register at the apartment building's office. Hence I had to deal with blocked key cards etc. Not the kind of stuff you want to experience of when being on vaca.
  The apartment building is a bit decentralized and not located in a very nice and friendly neighborhood.
  Of course, the view from the apartment over Honolulu is nice - but that's actually and sadly the only positive thing to mention about this condo.
