This place was in great condition. Better than how it looked in the pics. Views were amazing, very close to the beach. They had everything we could need so we had a very memorable stay with our 2 year old. We ended up having breakfast at the condo most of the days. Also parking was a breeze.

The pictures of this rental say it all - an unobstructed view of Diamond Head with a view of the ocean. Two blocks from Waikiki Beach and fabulous shopping. Dinner at the Top of Waikiki was an awesome experience, circling around Waikiki getting that 360° view. Condo came with a covered parking place so you didn't have to purchase one. Convenient internet coffee shop in the lobby with fresh fruit, pastries, and sandwiches. Also a small convenience store in the lobby for any other last minutes essentials you needed. We loved it.

We experienced some type of allergic reaction when we first entered the condo. But after speaking with Pat "Akiko" and having the dresser removed and she, personally cleaning the A/C filter we were able to stay in the condo without any further reactions. She was very sympathetic and concerned about our situation. She demonstrated a real commitment to resolving the problem immediately.

These guests were highly allergic and sensitive to many things. Upon our inspection of the dresser we could find nothing wrong with it, but were happy to remove it for their sake of comfort.

We had a nice stay in general. However, the beds were not very clean maybe. My two boys' body were beaten all over by insets, red spots and very itchy. They could not sleep well during the stay at night because of the itchiness. We tried to change sheets
and exchange beds and sofa beds, but no use. Hope you can do something with the beds.Response from Captain Cook Resorts - 09/24/2011

We are very satisfied with our stay at the unit 3105 and the view was awesome overlooking the ocean and the mountain! We enjoyed staying here and the ocean was just few blocks away which was really made our stay pleasant. The unit was very clean and it was pleasant to stay in this unit! We will definitely stay in this unit again!!

We found this property online and loved it. Our favorite part was the view of the ocean and Diamond Head although the 31st-floor lanai took a bit to get used to! The property is very well maintained and the condo was spotless when we arrived. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and took advantage of the TV, DVD player (there is a Blockbuster machine in the Safeway up the street) and the internet access. The check-in/-out process was very efficient. The location is great, just a block from the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Waikiki. We had a rental car so that we could explore the island and really appreciated the fact that parking was included with the condo. There were just two of us so we had more room than we would have at a hotel. I believe the condo is advertised as sleeping 5. I think this would be tight unless you are thinking a couple plus children in which case the seperate bedroom would make this a great option.

This is our second booking through Captain Cook and my sister has also booked with them in the past. All bookings have been in the Waikiki Banyan. We have found that we got exactly what was advertised. The room and hotel matched the pictures. Everything listed as provided was provided. And the check in process was exactly as advertised with our host waiting for us on our arrival. Would certainly use them again for future trips to Oahu.
