Surrey, BC, CanadaThe rules regarding the use of the pool were too strict
Left on 12/10/2011 for a stay in December 2011
The rules of the pool were way to strict. We were told it was the most boringist pool in Waikiki. It was ridiculous. Especially when there wasn't ever anyone in the pool. No one to bother. Would not go back for this reason. Kids should be allowed to play in the pool. I understand the need for rules but this was just too much.

We absolutely loved the unit we stayed in. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view was spectactular and it was a convenient walk to the beach. This was our 6th trip to Honolulu and I would definitely return to this unit vs any others we've ever stayed in.

Absecon, NJGreat week in Hawaii!
Left on 07/18/2011 for a stay in July 2011
Our trip was great. Barbara and her daughter were responsive and helped us with questions and check in. Robert the door man was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile and the spirit of Aloha. The condo is in a great location and well stocked with everything we needed. There were even some spices and honey for Tea in the AM. Its the little things that ad up to a lot. Our condo had windows in the front and the back so we had island breezes the whole time. Never used the air once. Great trip, great place. I would love to do it again!

Prince Albert, SK, CanadaJim J.'s review of Waikiki Park Heights #1803 Ocean View, 5 min.
Left on 04/15/2011 for a stay in April 2011
First visit to Honolulu. Park Heights is in the perfect Waikiki location to beach resturants and shopping. Contact person, Barbara was very good to deal with. Condo had everything we needed; great view of ocean, only 2 blocks to beach and was very clean with all anemities. Would recommend Park Heights to friends.

San Francisco, CAUnit 1803 Waikiki Park Heights
Left on 01/09/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Superoir Service from rental manager Barbara, she is truly the best. The overall condition of this rental was at the level of a 1 star / 2 star hotel. The owner needs to update the entire condo. The condo does have all the basic essentials, of which seems to consist of used hotel furniture and wornout hand me downs and left over nic-nacks.

Phoenix, AZGreat Stay at the Waikiki Park Heights
Left on 11/23/2010 for a stay in November 2010
Just returned from a week long family visit/vacation at the Waikiki Park Heights. We stayed in unit #1803. The unit was perfect for our needs and had a spectacular view and convenient location. My husband and I enjoyed watching the surfers while having breakfast on our lanai or a cocktail before dinner. Despite the hustle and bustle of Waikiki the unit was quiet on the inside. It was a pleasure dealing with Barbara. She was extremely professional and always available to answer any questions. We would recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to staying at the Waikiki Park Heights when we return to visit my mom.

Marysville, OHWorth a Return
Left on 11/09/2010 for a stay in October 2010
Nice view, convenient location, clean and comfortable. Only complaint--if you have to do laundry, it's not real convenient to have to go to the basement, and be sure to bring a lot of quarters with you for washing, drying, and buying soap. Could use a change machine down there.

You can't find a better view or location in Waikiki. Bus stops are close at hand going Ewa (West) and Diamond Head (East). The management of the building is excellent and very helpful. Security is 24/7 and very alert. Being exposed to a recent tsunami, the building is quite safe.
Tenants in other apartments were and have always been very friendly. An interesting mix; i.e., Canadians, Japanese, Europeans and U.S. citizens. You might say one big family. -

Mt. Vernon, ILNice ocean view
Left on 11/22/2009 for a stay in November 2009
We felt the overall size of the living room space was a little small for an extended stay for two people. Only a loveseat/hide-a-bed plus 2 dining chairs for seating. And those not were very comfortable. The condo was clean except for the lanai/balcony. The first night we walked out on the balcony and tracked black soot/dirt back into the condo. The condition of the balcony kind of distracted from the nice view. Would suggest that the cleaning crew make sure the balcony floor is clean before any new tenants arrive.

We will make sure the lanai has been given a good scrub just before the guest arrives.
