With 701 sq.ft. plus a large, open lanai with table and chairs, the condo has tile floors throughout. I feel like I am giving away a secret by telling anyone about Waikiki Shore 1412. Everything was absolutely perfect. Ingrid from Captain Cook Resorts was extremely helpful all along the way getting us set up. The unit was very nice, clean, and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is our second stay in Waikiki Shores, our second stay in Condo # 1412 and our second time using Captain Cook. The entire experience was perfect. You can not beat the view, the condo is wonderful and Captain Cook is great to work with. Thanks to all for a wonderful 15th wedding anniversary trip!

Aloha, we wanted a property that would feel more like home than a hotel room as we were staying 2 weeks. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable with a personal greeting. The unit was spotless
and stocked with all of the basic essentials. The views from the unit
are stunnning and location was within walking distance to anything we needed. Gorgeous sunsets, a front row seat to the fireworks on Friday night, what more could we ask...We LOVED our stay and were sad to leave. We would absolutely

The apartment is in a great location but the interior of the apartment could use come TLC. The decor and furniture are quite old and dated.

The photos of this condo that are shown on our web site are current ones and show the condo decor quite well. Like many condos in the islands, the decor is of the Hawaiiana style with some rattan furniture. It does not have granite kitchen counter tops nor stainless steel applianes, but the kitchen has newer white appliances and countertops. The condo is moderately priced for being a direct oceanfront property. It is very large and the views are breathtaking. It is a particular favorite with our return guests. We are sorry that our guest did not like the decor.

Really enjoyed out stay in 1412. Just a couple of problems. Window blinds were broken. Clothes dryer was extremely loud when in use. The shower head needs to be replaced...water flow was minimal and VERY HARD SPRAY. It actually hurt. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and we hope to come back again.

We were so happy with the rental of this unit! The process on-line to reserve was simple, and the phone follow up to pay was easily handled with the help of a courteous representative from Captain Cook Resorts. The property representative who met us onsite was fantastic, as she waited patiently outside the building for us to arrive and let us into the garage after a traffic jam added 20 minutes to the normal commute into Waikiki from the airport.
This unit is on the next to top floor in Waikiki Shores and the views are incredible from both inside and outside of the condo. From the entrance to the unit you have a direct unobstructed view of Diamond Head and the extra long lanai gives you both ocean and mauka views. The unit was spotless and very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well equipped, and the king bed slept very well. You have all the conveniences of home and a much more relaxing experience than a hotel. If we stay anywhere more than a few nights we always rent apartments or condos as they are a great value compared to a hotel room only. When I return I will stay here again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Unit 1412 to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay! -

The only thing bad was that I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper. That furnished was unusable. Shame on you for trying a save a few cents on an othewise lovely place.

Comfortable main bed. Sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Also, there could have been some basic cooking products in kitchen, eg. salt & pepper, cooking oil etc. Only small suggestions though as in general the property was excellent.
