This apartment is in full compliance with Honolulu's short term rentals Ordinance 18-19 effective 8/1/19.

These are 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms but we also have 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom at a lower rate.

The Royal Gardens is a high end luxury building managed by the Wyndham corporation.

The 3 bedrooms are in fact a 2 bedroom unit that connects internally with a Studio unit and take up the complete south end of the building. You can then book it as a 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) or 3 bedroom (sleeps 9). They feature marble floors, floor to ceiling marble bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and separate shower stalls. Kitchens and bathrooms have all granite counter tops, full size refrigerators with freezer, all platform beds with memory foam mattresses, a twin size daybed and a matching loveseat. Every room is equipped with a wall mounted 42" HD flat screen TV as well as an extra silent split air conditioning system and Wi-Fi high speed internet.

Bedroom one has a king bed, desk, 6 drawer chest and large corner balcony with ocean and mountain views. Bedroom two has a King bed plus a Twin bed, a desk, a 6 drawer chest and a large corner balcony with ocean and mountain views. When connected to an adjacent Studio to form a 3 bedroom, Bedroom 3 (the connecting Studio) has a King bed, a twin size daybed, 6 drawers and a balcony with an Ocean and mountain view.

Extraordinary panoramic views from every single room of the ocean, the mountains, Ala Wai Canal from the three large wall to wall, floor to ceiling balconies and a kitchen window that will allow you to enjoy a Hawaiian sunset every evening in the comfort of one of your private balconies.

Common building facilities include pool with garden, BBQ grills, gym, FREE laundry room and 24/7 security.

Parking is available (fee applies), needs to be reserved at the time of the booking.

The stroll to the ocean from the Royal Garden is short (7 minutes) and through manicured De Russy park. The beach there is the widest and most sandy part of all Waikiki beach, including a swimmable salt water lagoon, availability of rental equipment, surf boards, water tricycles, beach beds, umbrellas, surf lessons, open bars on the beach, barbecue areas with tables and grassy areas with shade to help you enjoy your short time in Paradise.

Over 30 restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance to this building as well as the top notch high end Kalakaua Shopping district with names such as Tiffany's, Gucci, Volcom, Coach, Chanel, Tod's, Boss, Diesel, Ferrari and Apple among others.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING IN WAIKIKI IS VERY LIMITED.

OPTION 1: Valet parking at the building $40/day, car, SUV or minivan under 6' (no full size vans), on a first come first serve basis (no reservations allowed).

OPTION 2: ONE secure parking stall available nearby (6 minutes walk), $29/day for a car, SUV or minivan or $45/day for full size vans, minimum 4 days, stall CAN be reserved please contact me to do so (only ONE stall available per unit).

OPTION 3: Free street parking on Ala Wai Blvd please read street signs carefully to avoid being towed away on street sweeping days.

Most of the everyday needs for the traveler are walking distance to this property, whether you want to enjoy Waikiki beach, go shopping, need a restaurant or simply stroll down Kalakaua Avenue to enjoy the warm tropical weather, everything you need is at your fingertips. For those travelers that prefer to travel around the island the Royal Garden in Waikiki is located on the public transportation route, just half a block away from a bus stop. Public transportation can take you almost everywhere on the island, you can purchase a one way ticket for less than $3 or an all day pass for $7.
