This condo was beautiful, clean, close to the pool and beach, secure and had lots of extras! The complex is gated and you have to use a key in the elevator to get to the condo (there's also a camera and call button in the elevator for visitors). The kitchen appliances are all Viking and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (even had a rice cooker!). There were also beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, pool toys, a cooler and beach mats. The grounds in the complex were beautiful and the pool was great. The pictures on the website don't do the condo and grounds justice. There are prettier beaches (Hapuna and Mauna Kea) which are a short drive away, however you won't get this awesome condo and amenities.

Kolea 6E is a great location with wonderful ocean views due to the empty lot in front of the property. The property is clean, well furnished and the bed is comfortable!

Awesome place, great rental company, excellent location, awesome value. the one (very minor) issue we had was taken care of promptly, and the place is beyond amazing. You are unlikely to be disappointed!

The condo is very nicely appointed, extremely clean and nicely located. It is very close to the beach and beach walk as well as the pool and exercise area. There are quality appliances and comfortable furniture and beds. It is our second time at Kolea, last time in a different condo. We are owners of a condo in a winter resort town and appreciate the small comforts available here.

The size of the condo was great and it was fully stocked for all our needs. The view was incredible and the location-perfect. We rented a car for one day, the rest of the time we walked.
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that the condo was not as clean as I am used to. It was dusty and not clean like a hotel. I am sure it is difficult to keep pristine as it is right by the beach. We loved the deck and everything else and would definitely stay again! -

Overall Kolea 6E was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. The condo was beautiful, the location great, and very friendly staff. Looking at the reviews before traveling there were a few reports that were accurate. First the kitchen really did lack good quality pots and pans. Second, the pool is smaller than expected. The one thing I didn't appreciate was that the master bed linen (ie, the blanket) did not smell clean so we washed it after the first night. That did resolve the issue but I would suggest the property management address this in the future.
Having listed a few issues, I do want to say that this was a wonderful place and the lanai was magnificent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this to our friends!

Kolea 6E was fantastic! The rollaway door leading out to the lanai creates such a large and comfortable living space, with an ocean view and BBQ to boot! Our family had a glorious week here. Our kids (2 and 4 yrs old) loved playing on the balcony/lanai, their room was adorable, the master bath is deluxe, as were the kitchen appliances. Our only complaint was the WiFi was pretty weak and unreliable. The amazing beaches of Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea are a short drive away, and the local beach by the condo is good too, complete with turtles. Highly recommend the Beach Club pool, just wish they served food and drinks. We would go back in a heartbeat, and stay in this condo again and again and again!!

Place was very clean when we got there, location was ideal, everything worked fine in the condo, pool was conviniently located, enjoyed the Lanai, would add a ceiling lamp over kitchen table. Hard to find anything negative to say about the location other than the beach is not the nicest around. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
