This condo is absolutely beautiful and we truly enjoyed it. In addition, the entire complex, club house, pool, gym are immaculate and beautiful. The only drawback was the fact that it only comes with "starter" supplies. We found this an inconvenience, especially when you consider we had gone shopping prior to checking in and finding this out. I don't want to worry about household supplies (toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap, garbage bags) while on vacation. I would prefer to pay a little more and have supplies included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa and specifically at Haili'i Kai condos. The condos are beautiful and extraordinarily maintained. Our condo 14B had a fabulous ocean view which we enjoyed every waking moment. The pool and restaurant were superb. Restaurant personnel were excellent and the food was pretty good too. We will most certainly return!

My partner and I have been to Hawaii numerous times and on our most recent trip, we had booked a room at a very nice hotel on the Kohala Coast. After we arrived, we decided that since we both tend to travel a ton for work, we'd prefer to be in a condo rather than a hotel. Last minute searching for an available place found us this unit. It was the perfect size for the two of us, gorgeous view right on the ocean, thoroughly equipped, high end appliances, etc. Since we had done most of the touristy things on the island, we were looking to simply chill so spent each day heading to the beach (taking along the supplied beach chairs and towels), stopping at the fish market for dinner and watching sunsets while grilling dinner on the lanai with a bottle of wine. Our unit was quiet, great view, short walk to the pool/clubhouse if you're into that kind of thing (we're beach people not pool people so didn't spend any time there but we did check it out and it looked very nice). If/when we head back, we'll look into renting this unit again.

This was one of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Very modern with granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances, lovely furnishings and a fabulous view. The owners were even thoughtful enough to provide binoculars for viewing the whales - and there were many of them to view! The Ocean Club, a short walk from the condo is a lovely outdoor pool side restaurant with enticing drinks and food. With the King's and Queen's marketplaces nearby, one would never have to leave the resort.

Halii Kai 14B was a wonderful location for a quiet relaxing holiday. The building is well designed and built and the unit perfectly equipped. Groceries are near by that were very good and fairly priced. There was easy access to beaches, snorkeling, hiking, bicycling and golf of course. The rental agency was easy to work with and helpful. Almost forgot this unit you wake up looking at the ocean.
