We enjoyed our stay on the big island in part because of the condo and its beautiful surroundings. It is set on a golf course with a pool, hot tub and bar b que out the back. Ajs place is very clean and it is situated where the weather is always warm and breezey. I was suprised to see how well kept the grounds were. I would stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. Thanks aJ it was a pleasure meeting you. Miles

This was the third time that we have stayed with a. J. in three years and would certainly stay there again. While not on the beach, the view is great and we found that all areas of interest were within 10 to 20 minutes driving. Both, the host and the atmosphere make you feel like a guest rather than another tourist.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in Mr.DiMauro's lovely condo for two weeks. Our time on the island was beyond spectacular, from the valley of Waipio to Waimea to all of the outstanding beaches along the Kohala Coast. The condo was perfect for us. It had lovely views off the lanai of the gulf course and the ocean in the distance. One of the pools was directly out back of the condo which was perfect. The condo was located near a gas station and a market, which supplied everything we needed. Waikoloa Village was in such a great location. We were able to be down to the beaches in 10 minutes, yet only 15-20 from the higher elevations of Waimea. The condo was stocked with many items that were very helpful. The kitchen had plenty of utensils to make cooking easy. The inclusion of hairdryers in the bathrooms and beach towels eliminated the need to take up space with such items in our suitcases, and the washer and dryer was a great plus! We can't wait to come back!

We found the townhome to be clean, well stocked with anything we would need, a wonderful breeze blowing through, the view was just beautiful of the pool, golf course, mountains and ocean beyond. The wild turkeys were a surprise. A.J. was a very helpful host.

My husband and I had the most wonderful holiday in 202. Aj was so helpful, supplying us with ideas of places to go and things to see, as well as ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A great place to stay on a wonderful and varied island. We would love to return one day!

This is our sixth year at B202 It's always clean, very well equipped, and updated consistently.I cant imagine that you would need anything that isnt here already but if you do aJ is quick to furnish anything needed or give you information about the island The view from the lanaii is beautiful -we enjoy having our meals there and the grocery store a short walk up the hill . We love the island ,the food, the weather,and especially B202. Aj's attention to the property and his guests is second to none. Hawaii is truly paradise!

After staying in a.J.'s other property for two weeks last winter we stayed a full month this winter at B202. While 10 minutes away from the ocean, all other locations are conveniently reachable by car. I could sit in the sun and my wife in the shade while the view from the large deck is of the pool, golf course and ocean. Basic, but very clean and complete in every aspect made us feel like guests rather tourists in a hotel.
