We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villa and highly recommend it to others. It was roomy and spacious. The furniture was very comfortable. Beds were great. If you are into snorkeling, head on over when you arrive to the Kings shopping center to rent snorkel gear for the week - $25 pp. Unit W4-FV L4 is close to the pool which was nice. It is a bit of a walk to get to the beach, but we knew this when we rented it. Waikoloa is a great area. None of us wanted to head to the airport when it was time to go. Abbey rentals was easy to work with. Very friendly and responsive! We had a minor issue, and they dealt with it immediately and completely. We will be back! Aloha! One note, try to to get an end unit - as they are larger (great for families), two level, and you'll have no one over you. My folks were not in an end unit and the upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy. They wound up moving to a different unit.
