We cannot thank you enough or properly for the "gift" of time spent at your condo in "paradise." Every day has been an adventure mixed with a healthy dose of relaxation and the serenity of sunsets. Having anything and everything we could possibly need right in the condo is so helpful. Space to spread out, private spaces, the pool so close and handy shopping nearby is all good. I also wanted to compliment you on how immaculate the place was! We are originally from Florida and know how difficult it is to keep any place looking new in the sandy and humid environment, especially rental property. Your condo looked brand new and we were very impressed!
We were also impressed with all the fine upgrades and appointments you provided in your rental. In our experience, most rentals are not so finely detailed as yours and it really makes your property stand out!

This condo is so comfortable and so very well furnished that it is definitely a home away from home. It is located on the top floor with a wonderful golf course view and a complete outdoor kitchen on the lanai with a gas BBQ. A perfect place to enjoy your meals! The main kitchen is extremely well stocked and there is also a great selection of beach gear for both children and adults.
We have always enjoyed the location of this condo being within walking distance of "A Beach" as well as the Kings Shops a block away and the Queens Shops right across the street. Lots of restaurant choices and retail shops! With all of this nearby, the condo grounds are still very peaceful and quiet. The two swimming pool areas on the grounds of this condo are also a nice place to relax and perfect for children.
The owners have been wonderful at anticipating and addressing your every need. They are excited about all the area has to offer and truly enjoy sharing their books, tourist info and many suggestions to make your stay a memorable one. We are looking forward to our fourth stay next winter!

This condo couldn't be more perfect. It is the most well equipped vacation condo we have ever stayed in -- in fact, for the first time, there never was a moment of "if only we had...". The location is great for many adventures like snorkeling, shopping and sight seeing. The nearby restaurants and shopping is great. All I can recommend is that you go and stay as long as you possibly can. It is relaxing, beautiful, and you won't be sorry!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we could not have scripted it better. It all started with our good fortune to choose this superb residence! it is located very nicely with beautiful views and close to shopping. It is richly appointed and makes you feel at home. The whole property is extremely well landscaped and kept up well.

We had a fabulous week staying at this unit in Waikoloa Beach Villas. This 2 bedroomed unit is on the 3rd (top) level, and is adjoined on 1 side. There is a private parking space in front of the units. The unit has a wonderful view of the golf course and mountains in the distance. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and is supplied with quality kitchenware and linens. The master bedroom with large spacious bathroom and walk in closet is airy and luxurious. The second bedroom is smaller and more functional, with a smaller bathroom adjacent. The owners have also supplied many extra things you might need for the vacation, like snorkel equipment (and flippers), beach towels, chairs and umbrella, coolers (3 sizes!), thermos mugs, and many useful condiments and extras in the fully stocked kitchen like ziploc bags, foil and spray cooking oil. We especially liked the grill on the lanai and the pvr and large flat screen tv in the living room. The wi-fi connection was great. The beach villas complex is very well maintained and has 2 smallish pools. It had a quiet serene feel to it. The 2 shopping centers are adjacent to the complex, making it very easy to walk and get a coffee, food and shopping. We had spectacular walks along the beach from the Marriott hotel to the Hilton hotel. We had a small issue that was quickly rectified by the friendly rental office. The owner was easy and professional to work with. The location of the condo is very quiet, I think the units nearer the highway would get a fair amount of traffic noise. The condo exceeded our expectations, the photos I saw online do not do it justice. I wouldn't describe the complex as a resort like development, as I mentioned, the pools are small, and the ambiance is more quietly residential, in my opinion. The surrounding area is outstanding. We also loved the Volcano area and stayed in Volcano village for 2 nights prior to our week at the condo.

We have stayed in this condo January/February 2011 for three weeks and for two weeks in 2010. Since we have booked it again for a month in January 2013, you can see how very much we have enjoyed our stays. This condo is very comfortable with beautiful furnishings,a very well equipped kitchen, a wonderful outdoor kitchen on the lanai with BBQ as well as all kinds of equipment available for beach activities. The two pools on the property are in attractive settings with pool furniture for your use. Easy access to nearby shopping and the beach makes it convenient to walk or drive to them.
The owners are very gracious and always strive to meet our every need. They have created a great home away from home in a beautiful setting on the top floor with golf course views and much privacy. We highly recommend this condo unit for a peaceful and memorable stay! -

We just returned from the Big Island and had a wonderful stay at the condo. The complex itself was in a good location and right next to one of the pools. We went to the Mauna Kea beach three times so we appreciated having the beach chairs and cooler for those trips. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals. The only meal we ate out during our 11 days was at Huli Sues which we loved! The owners were great to work with and the condo was extremely clean and well maintained. We can highly recommend it.

Four adults enjoyed this rental for a week of golf, snorkeling, hiking and seeing the sights that Kona has to offer. We ate all of our meals on the lush patio overlooking the golf course. The comfort and decor are high quality. We couldn't have asked for more. Recommend the golf discount rate cards for off season.

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo within the last two years and we are booking for next year already. The condo itself is immaculate, well maintained and the kitchen has may extras - even a rice cooker and deep fryer. We appreciated that major staples, salt, pepper, spices, foil wrap, baggies, etc. were in the cupboards and we did not have to start from scratch to ensure that we could cook our favourite meals. (also lots of wonderful glass wine glasses). With the unit being on the top floor - we felt that we had our own private and extrememly quiet place in which to relax and enjoy watching the golfers come up the fairway. (The lanai is large - great barbecue and even dishes ( glass - not plastic) in the lanai cupboard. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms extremely large and comfortable. By far - of all the places that we have stayed in on holidays this condo is our favourite. Close to everything, but one feels that they are on at a very private place. The owners are superb - ensuring that we had local knowledge of attractions, etc and also checking in to make sure that there was nothing amiss a big 10 our of 10

We stayed at this condo for 17 days in February 2010 and absolute loved it. The condo is well furnised - not an item lacking in the kitchen, bathroom or anywhere else. Little touches - dish washing soap, lots of tea towels, beach toys, etc. were fantastic. We felt like we were staying in a beautiful home that had everythng we could desire. Management team responded immediately when we had a small problem. Condo is very private, great view. Weehave stayed in many condos over the past 20 years and this was by far the best. -

What a perfect place for two couples! This home was comfortable and beautiful. We so appreciated all the items provided for our use that we could not bring on the plane nor wanted to purchase/rent;everything from snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and coolers. In planning our excursions and dining, all we had to do was go to "the notebook". It was obvious that the couples who own this home are travelers. They know what people want and need. The condo was terrific. The location was perfect, and the kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate for our needs. It was clean and contained everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay close to a beach, shops, restaurants, etc.
