Not enough room to express how pleased we were with our accommodations. It worked out perfectly! The location was great! Right across from the pool and near everything. The unit was as close to my expectations as it could come. It certainly had everthing we could ever want. The games and puzzles were a great touch. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will certainly try to return to your property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was lovely, clean and conveniently located. The only area for improvement that I could see would be to add a little more seating, both in the living area and on the lanai.

Great Stay at Fairway Villas

G1 at Fairway Villas is a great place to stay Easy arrangements for arrivals and departures...great security. Loft style villa is clean and spacious. master bedroom with open ensuite and shutter window to living room below is a bit awkward but can't change the original design. Condo was airy and cool and quiet..except for the golf course mowing at 7am but that was over quickly. villa was completely stocked with everything you could want and any request was dealt with speed and a smile. Pool is small and was very busy. Location is perfect with an easy walk to stores shopping, nearby hotels and beach.

Our Hawaii vacation was great and unforgettable.
We have been to many condo's on our many vacation get aways and this for sure tops them all. We were with in walking distance of everything shopping centers, beaches, eateries, etc..... and the scenery was spectacular! Everything we heard of Paradise on an island and more was what we received. I will highly recommend staying here everything we needed was provided. If we wanted to go snorkling, the beach, or a day trip. Some of my co-workers are so excited from my vacation they are asking of the name of the resort.

The only complaint that we had was the fact that we had to leave after 2 weeks at the condo. We have stayed at numerous condos and none have matched this one. Check in and check out was totaly painless. The furnishings were great, and who would not enjoy the patio with the outdoor kitchen. We will be back!!!!!!

My husband had a conference at the Hilton Waikoloa, and this condo was perfect for two families with kids, about a mile from the hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to cook. The kids loved playing outside on the back lawn, and the condo was just across the street from the pool. The supplied beach items were great as well. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we go back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed with another couple the last week of November and the first week of December 2010. This townhome was absolutely gorgeous. It was roomy and beautifully furnished. I could easily live in a townhome like this one. The pool was nice and never crowded. The townhome was located walking distance to two small shopping centers (Kings and Queens), a grocery store and of course, the Waikoloa Beach. I would highly recommend staying at this unit.

The property was beautiful and in a good location. THe view from the outdoor patio was of the golf course, but seemed more private because of the way it was landscaped. A tree and small rolling hill, so it very scenic. Also rIght across the street from the Queen and Kings Marketplaces and about a 15 minute walk to A. beach. It was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities. Everything seemed fairly new. Also had plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, mats and boogie boards. We had a couple of light bulbs out and the propane in the BBQ was low, so we called and they came and fixed those right away. The BBQ never really worked right, some of the burners were out. Besides that, things were great and I would definitely stay again.
Only problem I had was when we booked. We had chosen 2 other different places and each time I thought it was set, I'd get a call saying that unit had been sold, or was no longer available. It was a little nerve wracking to have to keep telling others in your group that the condo had been switched. It all turned out well, because they did upgrade us, but just know, things can happen. -

Great location and good fit for our family. A few lightbulbs were out, tp holder broken, hot water not hot enough. Need more towels-with distinct difference for beach and for indoor use. Took awhile to get a return ph call. Pool closed next to us for a day+.
Would recommend this place and would come back again. -

The wash machine had to be serviced. Light bulb was out in master closet, and door handle on master slider is in need of repair. It is a great floor plan in a nice location walking distance to shops and beach. We loved it but the on site mgt seemed non existant.

Aloha Don. Thanks for your comments about your stay at G1 recently. We apologize that you felt that the on-site management was non-existent. In fact, the actual property manager of the complex had left shortly before that, and I know that the management were having some issues with the spa pool temperatures fluctuating wildly. They seem to be under control now.In terms of issues with the washing machine, light bulb out, and door handle on the master is good information for us to have. I do not recall speaking with you, and I am not sure who you spoke with at ResorticaHawaii. We normally jump on any issues like this and have them resolved in no time at all.One thing that we have instigated since you were here, is having an employee, Julia, call all our guests during their stay to ensure that everything is going to plan! Overall a great stay. Nice sized unit with all the amenities but the coffee maker needs to go! Didn't appreciate the number of pool rules. No drinks allowed -- at all and the kids were told they couldn't swim with their goggles on because of the risk of broken glass/plastic. We've stayed in other complexes where the only rule is no glass which is a lot more reasonable.
