The owner of Fairway Villas M3 has purchased a membership at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, which allows guests of Fairway Villas M3 to play at all Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Courses at an extremely discounted price. From the start to the end, this was a magical place. We are a family of 3 with a 4ry old from Canada. On this trip we brought my mother of which it was her first trip in 20 years. Thanks to abbey Vacations. The folks were easy to do business with, follow-up and gave great advice. Our Unit W5-Fv-m3 was the best. It had three large bedrooms, each with full baths. All the lines, towels etc were of higher end. The funiture in the unit was clean, and mostly updated (They could invest in a new flat screen) All rooms had their own TVs. The place was large, we never felt running into each other. Abbey Vacations called the day we arrived to welcome us, and when had one small emergeny (locked one of the bedroom doors) they were returned our call late on a Sunday night. The unit was fully stocked, lots of books, and beach stuff! Walking distance to Queens Marketplace so nice to walk their for a beer. The villa had a nice pool, hottub and lost of Bbq's (Though the filter on the pool broke so kinda of cloudy) Overall, great place. It is 40min to Kona, but a great location for many many beaches to visit. Highly recommend the location and abbey Vacations

We enjoyed a week at the condo and hope to return next year. The online photos do not show how spacious the space really is. Elegantly appointed, with a lovely view of the shops and restaurants across the lake. It is only a few steps from the door to the infinity pool and BBQ, yet the unit was quiet and peaceful. The condo is a short walk to a-Bay Beach. There was an abundant supply of beach items and cooking utensils. Abbey Vacation Rentals, thank you very much!

We stayed there for 5 nights in November. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. My parents also enjoyed it a lot. There are everything we need in the house! Also we loved the pool and jacuzzi outside! The location was great too, it was close to markets and stores we could shop!

Very large condo with wonderful island furnishings. Sits on golf course Tee box. Walking distance to Queens Shopping area with several restaurant choices, also short walk to Marriot Resort and beach activities. Five minute drive to helocopter port for volcano/island tours. Two minor maintenance issues were resolved immediately. Highly recommended!

PETROGLYPH TRAIL. THE KIDS ENJOYED THE POOL. WE ENJOYED THE
CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR ISLAND FUN & GOLF.
