We were very pleased with this 2 bedroom Condo on the 3rd floor. Very well stocked with everything we needed, nicely furnished, very comfortable, with extra large master bath. Nice view from the covered porch, where the ocean breeze made it very pleasant to eat meals outside or take a nap on the chaise lounges. Could walk to the beach on trails through beautiful nature preserve, and very convenient to the stores in the development. Definitely will stay here again!

Everything stated in the on-line description was available. The home was comfortable and well appointed. The lanai was a hit with all family members and we liked it the best but the access to the swimming pool comes a close second. We would stay in the same location again but we found the groceries and stores nearby to be very expensive. Wifi was not available for some reason for the last few days of our stay.

The condo was located close to the beach, groceries, and other shopping. There were lovely places to run, cycle, and swim. The condo itself was comfortably furnished, with a view of the ocean from the lanai. It was private and quiet. We could not have asked for more, we will return and recommend it to others.

Reservation through abbey Vacation Rentals went flawlessly, I would use them again.
This top floor unit was very quiet and has a partial view of the ocean and swimming pool. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped.
Its about a 7 min walk to Kings Market Place, 9 min to Queens Market and 10 min to a-Bay.
Hapuna Beach bogie boarding is less than 15 minutes away by car.
We went to Kona a few times during our stay, but it was always crowded and traffic was usually heavy, I'm glad we stayed in Waikoloa.

The unit was a pleasant surprise, even nicer in real life than suggested by the photos. Nice view and a great layout- worked great for our family of four.
The service was good, and the unit was clean and ready for us. The location is great, nice weather and beach. Only downside was the beach was not easily accessed, but was great when you got down to it. -

I really liked the condo and location. It fit well for our family of five. Several beaches were within a short drive, the Hilton area was walkable as was shopping and dining. We loved the view from the lanai and ate several meals out there. Our only concerns were that the stove wasn't consistent and the burners cooked unevenly. I would recommend an update to the kitchen with new appliances. The condo was clean and comfortable and had most everything we needed. Service by abbey Rentals was fantastic - thank you!

We stayed in this older complex 9 years ago.When we decided to visit the big island again, I immediately thought of this complex. It's a great value. It has plenty of room, a great floor plan, and is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped for a family of four. The location is great with 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and 10-15 minutes walking distance to shopping center. You can see the pool and the ocean from the porch. The air condition unit is a little noisy but it never really bothered us. The assigned parking spot was a little difficult to find in the darkness as it is not in front of the complex but one of us was searching for it on foot and it wasn't a problem at all. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely come back!!!

I bumped into the glass next to the door that gives way to the
terrace....I nearly fainted and had a painful bump on my head for 10
days.... My oldest child 15 years old almost experienced the same...
maybe you should bring a strip to the window to remind jetlagged people
that there is a window...? We brought our own towels..... there were
many in the condo, great but if we had known we could have saved a lot
of space in the luggage. The gate at the entrance almost never
worked.... but the reaction time on the phone was fast. The water closet
in the main bathroom was hard to flush... you had to push for 1 minute.
Okay, don't panick... this is the european way to give comments... but
we truly loved your condo! It is so tasteful and well maintained. You
really did a good job. We are Belgians and owners of a holiday house in
Southern France which we also rent. We fully understand your concerns
and we were very grateful that you wanted to share the condo with us.
Good luck with your renters.. keep it clean and the renters will

PS: we did not use the airconditioning bc we did not
need too and we do not like it but we noticed that it was far too
loud.... I think you've got a problem there -

We were pleasently surprised how beautiful the condo was at C305. The condo was more then we thought it would be. It was tastefully decorated and was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay at Vista Waikoloa wonderful. The grounds were landscaped with beautiful flowers and foliage. We would return to this condo and would recommend it everyone.

The Vista was simply great. The condo was very roomy. We could walk to everything. The washer and dryer are a definite plus. Didn't think we'd need them but we did.
Just about everything we needed was provided. The only thing that was missing was a cooler to take with us on day trips.
Other than that, I would highly recommend the Vista. -

We have stayed at the Vistas a few times. This unit was next door to a unit that was being completely remodeled, so it was very noisy. This has probably been corrected since we stayed there over a year and a half ago.

I must have looked at over 100 condos before our trip to Hawaii. I
wanted two bedrooms (one with a big bed and one with twins--my
girls are close in age and they tend to kick at night if in the same
bed). I also did not want the kids to be on a separate level than us.
This unit was perfect. I also loved the decor and the layout.
We were interested in touring all over the island and that was one
of the reasons why we chose the Waikoloa area instead of the more
dense Kona area. This unit was a short walk to one of the most kid
friendly beaches on the island (in my opinion). The bay made it so
there were not huge waves like a little further north.
The one thing we did not find until near the end of the week was
the location of the nearby grocery store... (6 miles inland on the
other side of the queen K highway). it was big and very well
stocked.
Abbey vacation rentals was very, very helpful. -

We spent 10 days here in 2006 and will be back in March 2009 for 2 weeks. We have stayed in many condos over the years and this one beats all of them in Hawaii. The lanai is huge and wraps around the living room and master bedroom. The pool is just below the condo. You can walk to the shopping villages. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we can't wait to return in 3 months!
