This condo far exceeded our expectations. There were only 2 of us but the condo could have easiy accomodated 6+. With 2 lanais overlooking the garden grounds and pool, we enjoyed having meals and relaxing watching the sunset outdoors. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook most of our meals at the condo. The complex was very quiet. Within walking distance to ocean, shopping, restaurants. Short drive to wonderful beaches.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient, well stocked with the essentials. Service was excellent -- all questions were answer fully and promptly. We would definitely recommend this condo complex.

This is an excellent unit in a well-kept gated community with walking access to all of the amenities of Waikoloa Beach Resort.

This is the second year in a row the we chose to stay in the condo and chances
are we will come back a third time. My only suggestion would be that the
owners upgrade the pots and pans. We did a lot of cooking and the first
observation I made was the inferior quality of the skillet and sauce pans.
Some of the coffee cups and dinner plates had cracks. Otherwise a great stay,
wonderful location and beautiful area. -

Unit B201 was beautifully furnished with 2 large covered balconies and a modern kitchen. It is located close to an excellent 3 lane lap pool and 2 hot tubs. It is a scenic 10 min walk to the coastline trail for whale watching and another 5 min to the A-Bay beach for swimming and snorkeling. Two small shopping centers with a good market, some restaurants and Starbucks are about a 15 min. walk from the complex. Our only complaint is that one group of guests made far too much noise and there was no way to deal with it. If we return to Hawaii we plan to stay in B201, Vista Waikoloa.
