MIA great place to stay

Condo has a fantastic view and very spacious with a great Lani. Any service we requested was quickly fulfilled. However, the electronics were severely outdated and were the same when we stayed 7 years ago. There is no flat screen TV in the living area, no DVR, just plain lousy picture. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Mattress was not replaced since the unit was built. Very uncomfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kolea 8F. This condo is simply beautiful and made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was very open and made for easy entertaining. The bathrooms and walk-in closets have a generous amount of space. It was conveniently located by the pool and workout room and also had easy access to the beach. The view was amazing and we spent most of our time on the spacious lanai. We did have one issue with the dishwasher but they sent someone to look at it in a timely manner. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We arrived to an immaculate, well furnished property. Spectacular views, excellent appliances, and spacious enough for our entire party. We had a wonderful experience, and will absolutely look forward to our next visit!

Fabulous views; great location and very well equipped kitchen; note that there are hair dryers in all bathrooms (more games would be nice though). The only negative was that the a/C was barely adequate in the solo bedroom behind the kitchen. This is a fabulous property that was enjoyed by us all very much. We had three generations there and everyone loved it. It is comfortable, beautifully appointed, and the spacious rooms allowed everyone to be together and to be alone. The views from the lanai are stunning (180°) and we ate on the lanai most of the time. We enjoyed the grill, including the rotisserie. The pool is right across the street, but did not generate noise; it was chilly but the kids loved it all the same. The shower outside the fence by the beach made our transition from scuba diving to the pool and the condo easy. And, the location on the Kohala coast couldn't be better with the nearby Marriott and Hilton and two shopping centers. We hardly needed to leave the immediate area. We loved the doors that slide into the wall, opening up the entire lanai/living/dining room. The quality of construction and appliances was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Kolea 8f was a great unit. The only down fall was the unit was not as clean as it should have been. The view is amazing!!! Beds were very comfortable.

The codes sent to us were wrong and we were unable to access the condo when promised. We paid for a day we were unable to access the condo. The condo was nice. However there were insects on the counter and mold in the fridge. In the guidelines for return of deposit it was stated that all windows were to be closed and locked. Upon arrival 3/4 of the windows were unlocked. And some needed maintanance to be closed properly. The suite below us had broken a water pipe so there was a lot of noise from the construction crew.

Excellent location and beautiful condo. We will definitely rent again & would recommend to others. The booking and check in were very simple and straightforward.
Only minor suggestion is to do a 'deep clean' in the kitchen...on cupboard woodwork & under sink. Carpets have some spots that a good cleaning would most likely remove. Very minor - but thought you would want to know. -

Information,rental and follow up requests were prompt and well handled by Hawaiian Dream Properties.
The unit itself was clean, well decorated,stocked with needed start up items and very comfortable.
The location was outstanding with pool, hot tub, exercise equipment and beach right there.
What I liked best was the view and location. The only irritant was minimal parking spaces.
