Large, well appointed condo located on the golf course. Walking distance to a-Beach,shopping and dining. 20 min drive north of Kona, and just far enough from the hustle & bustle. Although a-beach is really great,you are also only 10 min. from Hapuna, one of the best beaches in the state (maybe the whole country.)
The condo itself has just about everything you would need, and enough space for our large family. We stayed in this complex 3 x in the past 10 years. The unit still looks new, and is very well looked after.
It was also excellent value with the discount we had. -

Excellent building and great location but the carpets need to be cleaned and the dishwasher should be replaced. The refidgerator needs to be looked at since it tends to freeze some produce but the temperature controls don't seem to work.

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii. The spacious condo fit our family-Gma,Gpa,Mom, Dad, Teen,toddler,and baby-very well. Three bathrooms a definate plus. Large kitchen and table that seats six fit us to a tee.Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work the entire 2 weeks. Also, carpet was very dirty. Condo needs a "spring cleaning"
Location to the pool is great. Also close to shopping. -

The condo was everything we hoped for. It was nicely decorated and came with extras like beach chairs and a cooler. Great location.

The condo was very nice and quiete especially with no one living above us since it comprised both floors. It was very open and had lots of sunlight.
The Lanai was in the shade most of the time with only some indirect sunlight in the late afternoon. We liked this because we could sit out there whenever we wanted for meals and entertaining.
It was located just across from the road from the pool and BBQ area which made it fairly convenient. With 6 BBQ,s there was no waiting. We have rebooked for next year.
