Only disappointment was fact that on our last day we were requested to leave by 9:30 am so all condos could be sprayed for insects. In all the hurrying around we put foodstuffs in the fridge and forgot about them when we left for the air port. Bruce & Marie Dailey

We appreciated how clean and well this condo was. The kitchen was just like being at home. There were books available to read and plenty of pool items.
A couple of comments that need improving:
- Windows in bedroom were very dirty
- Blinds in bedroom didn't offer enough privacy - many see thru cracks
- TV remote only operated volume
- Need TV in bedroom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was a great location for us. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and sites along the North Kona Coast; we also had a lovely dinner in Waimea. Snorkelling at Spencer Beach one day, and horseback riding in Waipi'o the next. The condo was comfortable even without aC, and the lanai is just steps to the pool and the grill. It was clean, and welcoming, and very much appreciated!

I really enjoyed staying in this condo. Pool, Hot Tub, and BBQ right outside. Has cable, all of the cooking essentials, nice furniture, beautiful sunsets, view of the ocean, and on the golf course.

We had a very nice time staying at Waikoloa Villas G-101, It is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Waikoloa Village itself is tidy and well-located for excursions by car around the island. A vacation here without a car would be limiting , but acceptable if one were content with playing golf, swimming in the clean pool and just relaxing. One could easily spend a holiday just lounging on the Lanai and going for an occasional dip in the pool just steps away.
We really enjoyed the variety of activities possible on the Big Island.
Our only minor complaint is with the lock-box system. We never felt comfortable having only key, and with the way the door would slam shut. One could easily become locked out. The lock box numbers are very hard to see at night. -

This unit was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated and very very close to the pool. The pool and the pool area was kept very clean. It was located in a quiet complex, Waikoloa Villas. Since we have been to the Big Island before and have visited the "touristy" places, it was a great place just to lounge around in. Also, when we did go for the day to the beach and visit other places, it was nice to return to a cooler and quiet retreat. I highly recommend this unit. This unit was as advertised.
Our reservation went smoothly through Hawaiian Dream Properties.
