We have been staying at Marlys beautiful home for the last four years. It has become our favorite vacation spot every May. Waikoloa is a perfect location! It's extremely easy to visit both sides of the island and everything in between. The rental is very spacious, bright and relaxing. No matter if I'm traveling with 3 or 8 friends, we always have plenty of room. Best of all Marlys was always available to answer our questions and gave great recommendations of places to visit on the island. Can't wait for this years trip!

We just got back from our time in Waikloa Hawaii where we were getting married and spending our honeymoon. My family stayed in the house and my spouse and I stayed at a condo. My entire family absolutely loved the house. It was very bright and open and had an extra bathroom that isn't even shown in the pictures. The value for our money was exceptional. Everything my family needed was there, from blender to coffee maker. The only negative thing I can say has nothing to do with the property but more to do with the Island and it's philosophy on signage and lights. The house was hard to find the first evening when we flew in but once we knew our way around a bit, all was good :)

If Waikoloa is your next destination please take the time to look into this property for your vacation needs. The home is beautiful, the location perfect, shopping needs are just down the street, surroundings peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed all the pleasures of home. From the homecooked meals together (which saved us alot of time and money) and the convience of doing our laundry at our leasure. There was lots of parking for us too! The transition was delightful...Marlys and andy were so very kind and accomodating. We definitely recommend this property to anyone headed in that direction.
