The condo and the view were fabulous. Everything we needed was available to us. We were able to watch the whales with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Only drawback: there was an additional fee to use the pool that we did not know about. I would make this would be my first choice on a return visit.

Great accommodations for three couples. Convenient location; a 100-yard walk to the club house & restaurant. We have enjoyed dealing with the folks at Hawaiian Dream Properties for the past three years.

We really enjoyed our visit to Hali'i Kai and our stay at 12F. Best building on Hali'i Kai, view of golf course, ocean and pool. Next door to the pool, so able to just walk over for a Mai Tai.
Love that sand bottom in the hot tub.
This is a 3 BR unit, no issues with the amenities (did have to replace the corkscrew - over usage?). We left behind 4 chairs and an umbrella, the cooler was great, not just a styrofoam one. Only 4 beach towels were supplied, but we left two more. Had a problem with the a/C unit but it was fixed fast. There is no beach at Hali'i Kai but there are so many state parks around - and public beach access at all the resorts, but you will need a car. -

Thanks to Jim and his staff for being responsive to our queries and concerns. The condo was well suited to our needs. Cleaning supplies were sparse and carpets are ready for a thorough cleaning; otherwise, the unit was everything we could have wished for. The Ocean Club was a real plus!
