D-21 is a well equipped condo in a great complex. We've stayed in other complexes in this area, but like the location of Fairway Villas best. The condo is within walking distance of shopping (grocery, souvenir, Starbucks) and a beach (A Beach). We prefer Hapuna Beach, so we drove (8 minute drive from the condo). Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and lots of sand toys were in the condo (only 2 snorkel masks and 1 was broken). Laundry soap and dryer sheets were also provided. The condo faces east, so you get to eat breakfast with a view over the golf course of the sun rising above the volcano. Opening the doors and windows at the end of the day was sufficient to cool the unit to a comfortable temp. It is also located in a quiet area of the complex. Hawaiian Dream Properties were excellent and easy to work with. We had no problems with booking, payment, or access to the condo. Access is by keypad which made everything very convenient. We would definitely book this condo again!

The location was great. The condo was fairly well equipped except for a few things.l. We really liked using the key code instead of having keys. Maintenance was prompt in response to a problem with light in guest bathroom.the mini blinds in both bedrooms were difficult to raise and lower and the wind from the open window rattled the blinds all night.

Nice condo with great look-out from the balcony to a golf course. The cleanliness was okay but could be better. The location is not far away to Kailua-Kona and the airport and also to breathtaking beaches, for example the Hapuna beach.

I believe the best service shows, when something happens, how staff react. I stayed many unit in Vrbo, some owners are ignored(D-31 is the one of the worst). But you guys are so fast, appropriated, and professional. I like to find vacation rental from you next time as well.

We flew over from Oahu to spend spring break on the Big Island and chose to stay at a condo rather than a hotel since it was a 5 day trip. The unit was fantastic and we wouldnt have changed it if we had an opportunity. Our only suggestions to the owners might be to invest in a better couch in the living room. The current couch is awful as far as a comfortable place to sit. Other than that, it was awesome and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

The condo is superb! Great location, clean and beautifully kept. Owners are great. But the rental company they are using is not on the ball at all. We were not given the parking pass ahead of time, so then had a warning ticket placed on our vehicle. Instead of them delivering it to us, they made us take our holiday time to drive to their office up on the mountains to pick up. They did not tell us our reserved parking stall number, so for many nights there was no parking spots available, yet we had our own reserved spot without even knowing. Half way through the 2 week stay they changed the electronic code to our condo and after coming home from the beach and hoping to get to our dinner reservations, we were locked out. All the information was in the condo, which we could not get into. We loved the place, but the Hawaiian Dream Properties needs to beef up their standards of service. Very unprofessional and wasted a lot of our time!
