Our vacation started with receiving the wrong directions from your office via email so we went to the wrong condo complex. The second day we were drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning and my husband was hit with a golf ball. It was traveling at a very high speed and was extremely painful. His arm was bruised severly the entire trip. We called and left a message at your office but received no return calls. A simple acknowledgement from your company would have been nice. The unit we stayed in was nice but the carpet was very dirty and stained. Unfortunately there was not a mop to clean the tile floor so I did that on my hands and knees. We are not interested in stayng at this location again.

As the management company, our directions had never been an issue for the past year while managing this unit. As this condo is located on the golf course for its beautiful view, we can not be responsible for wayward golf balls. We did contact the resident manager and left messages for the guest about the golf ball issue. The carpet had recently been replaced so we were unaware of any issues and none of this was relayed to us during this guests staty.

This is the second time renting from Hawaiian dream properties. Both times have been very enjoyable. The units are clean, well equipped, priced reasonably. Always enjoy working with HDP, they are friendly and helpful. Thanks. Hope we can return soon!
