Great property location. Enjoyed our stay but the Unit's dishwasher and refrigerator malfunctioned (refrigerator twice). Had to wait a day for maintenance to show up. Also an extension cord shorted out, blew the breaker and could have electrocuted us.
The leasing agent didn't send gate codes until I asked.
The 5 page form of "Dont's" weas childish.
The pool area was great but the gate code for the property wouldn't work--had to use the key card to get in. What an idiotic hassle.
For the cost of the Unit, we won't be staying there again. -

Lovely condo with lots of amenities. Great location. Short walk to the pool and beach. Highly recommend. We plan to stay there again.

Was not told that we rented to properties side by side and one was hawaiian properties the other was koleha luxury vactions , I wsa in charge all renting the two units side by side 14g was great 14 d was a dump had stains allover the carpets very little towels and stained . No shampoo , soap kleenex toilet tissue, outside patio table broken , as ther is no manager on site you are relying on callin gcalifornia for 14 d which was not good. As far as 14 G evry one preety good blanket in master room had a smell so we washed it , fridge did not work outside, and the front door key was really hard to open.
my only conerns for that condo is to get rid of the carpet whith having reckclay rock out i the garden areas it is very hard to keep clean we found we wer vacuming ev2 days, it would of been nice to have a drop i min clean through the weeks, just to change sheets and vacum dust, would really take alot of stress of the property. Pool was nicebut small and to many kids they need a family pool and adult, hot tub never worked the whole 10 days we were there -

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It is beautifully appointed with an ideal location. It has an easy walk to two small shopping centers and has easy access to the luxury pool and beach where you are guaranteed to snorkel with turtles. Absolutely amazing! We enjoyed workouts each day at the pool and exercise area. The spacious condo is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plus a wide assortment of games and books. We especially loved having our breakfast on the lanai; just gorgeous! It was also especially convenient to have laundry (with soap provided) in the condo. made everything very convenient. It was truly a luxury vacation for all of us. My husband and I loved our master bedroom and bath with the huge soaking tub plus large shower and and the girls loved having their own bathroom.
We can't wait to go back...thank you! -

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Kolea 14G. We loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast with the birds on our lovely terrace and wine and dinner using the beautiful bar-b-que in the evening. The view of the gardens in so colorful and peaceful. We loved the soaking tub in the master suite and all the beautiful woodwork throughout. We do feel that the carpet needs to be replaced as it looks old and worn and needs to have some more durable carpet-not white. We have stayed in 8A, 11A and have enjoyed all the units at Kolea but do prefer these with a little view of open areas. Gail -May 12 2010

The first time we stayed in this location and it was more than perfect. The
Condo is very upscale at an affordable price and was close to the beach as well as a short walk to shopping and 2 major hotels. Two great golf courses are within the immediate area and the swimming pool is very beautiful and relaxing next to the ocean. The Rental Manager provided all the respective codes for entry upon arrival and everything was as expected with no surprises. We were pleased to rent this condo - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of
your vacation at the beach. We enjoyed the outside kitchen and enjoyed the lanai. Enjoy.

Wonderful property but unit had some issues with a dirty carpet and lights and fans that were not working.

Manager
Once notified about the carpet cleanliness, it was cleaned immediately. The fans had been switched off from the fan pull cord and not the wall switch. This was fixed once we were notified. We ask all of our guests to notify us immediately if there are any issues so we can respond quickly.
