Our Kolea Villa is a wonderful family vacation spot. This is for the families or individuals who enjoy lovely surroundings, with gracious vacations residences. This garden villa, with a view of the ocean is over 1,550 square feet with a 200 square foot lanai that opens up to your very own grass area. All the furniture is decorated in the spirit of Hawaii. The place was very nice and had everything we needed but all of the beds were very old and very uncomfortable. Otherwise a very nice place

Manager
As the property management company, the guests did not let us know any concerns they had about the beds. The furnishings in this rental are 5 years old and we passed on their concerns to the owner.
Matresses are in excellent shap, just not the pillow-top type. All beds were retrofitted with 2" memory foam toppers and upgraded mattress covers immediately after this complaint and we have had no complaints since. Hawaiian Dream Properties -

We could not have been more pleased. The unit was beautiful,we cooked and packed coolers for our day trips so the kitchen was much appreciated. To keep our food costs down we shopped at Costco and the market in the village of Waikoloa. We have two teenagers and an eight year old and everyone had plenty of space. We would love to return.

Our stay was great. The condo, though not the closest to the beach, was convenient to the pool and beach. The property is well maintained and the condo was clean though there were some marks on the carpet when we got there. We enjoyed our stay very much. Shopping was within walking distance.

We stayed at Kolea 16K during Presidents day week. It was a busy week on the Big Island and many families around. But in Kolea we really felt like it was our own little community. The Pool was beautiful and the hot tub the same. It had direct access to the beach and the volleyball court and activity rentals. The Marriott and Hilton were minutes away so you could walk to the local restaurants and shopping was right down the street.
The unit was spacious. The kids rooms were on the other side of the condo so they could stay up as late as they wanted to without disturbing us! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The BBQ was great and convenient. The carpet was a little dirty, but with Teenagers, that was fine with us. We just took our shoes off at the door. Great location, great place to rent. -

Kolea is by far the one of the top condo developements on the island. Any choice would not dissapoint. Particularly notable is Kolea's proximity to shopping, food, activites and most importantly one of the best beaches on the island

The service we received was in one word excellent! Jamie went out of her way
to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The villa was lovely.
We experienced a problem with the dryer and it was taken care of immediately.
I wish all problems could be taken care of as quickly! The villa's view was not
as nice as some of the others so that would be something that we liked the
least. I was disappointed that there was not a tennis court available but I
managed to fill my time with other things. Otherwise the only other thing I
would like to point out is your company's excellent customer service. Your
business truly knows the meaning of customer service. Thank you for a
beautiful vacation and many wonderful memories!!!
