aS wit h our previous stay, the unit is well appointed and comfortable...the only things we found that we would suggest is to put higher wattage bulbs in the lamps which are going to be used for reading...being somewhat handicaped I had to ask for a non slip mat for inside the tub ... too slippery and it would help to have a handhold for stability in getting out...the shower curtain rod is not good for that...the last time we stayed there, there was a more complete notebook on restaraunts etc...current and recommendations...we didn't really need it but othere woujd...
very nice facility, but neighbors were far to noisy!

We enjoyed the facility, locale, and overall presentation of the condo. However, EACH day, from 8 a.m. until approx. 8 p.m., the neighbors upstairs in unit 201 were EXTREMELY noisy. We couldn't determine what exactly they were doing, but furniture was dragged across the floor, young girl raced across the floor constantly for hours, bumping, thumping and banging kept up for HOURS!!
We were not informed of the noise issue until this review was placed. We contacted the guest, then contacted the complex management company to resolve this issue for future rentals. We then communicated with the guest and this was their response to Hawaiian Dream Properties:
"All we would like to say is that after we experienced a troubling external situation during our recent vacation and the response from everyone (the owners, Hawaiian Dream Properties and Shell management) was immediate and especially appropriate. The condo, facility, grounds and staff were outstanding and every effort was made to rectify any issues and things were handled expeditiously and satisfactorily."
We strive to make sure our guests have a wonderful vacation experience, but can only ensure that when issues are brought to us when they happen so we can address them immediately.

The service was great! The home was clean with plenty of amenities close by. Great view over the savanah to the ocean. Beautiful drive over to the otherside of the island, with lots of wildlife to see. Great island if you like the less crowds, all the beaches seem to be your own. Would definitely stay again!

Very well equiped suite. The view is awesome. The complex is nice and quite with lots of places to walk, swim, or jog. Grocery/Postal nice and close. Swimming pool/jacuzzi well maintained. We would definately come back to L101!!

We enjoyed our stay in this end unit with its extra windows, right by
the BBQ. It was very comfortable, well furnished and well supplied in
the kitchen. We had a view of the ocean and Hualalai. We enjoyed
most breakfasts on the patio and evening happy hours watching the
sunset. We made good use of the complex pool and hot tub. It was
good to be in Waikoloa where it is several degrees cooler, but only 10
- 20 minutes from the best beaches on the island.

this condo is very nice, close to the supermarket...when we first arrived to pick up our key, they did not know who we were, so we had to go find the unit and call the manager on duty who said the access code was emailed to us..which it was not. later we wanted to use the pool, but couldn't get in...they said there wasn't an access code, but there was. we ended up using another kind resident's code. we also got charged for moving some chairs around the condo...if you move it, you should put it back or they will charge you 50 dollars! condo was nice, but you are pretty much on your own. mgmt has some organizational issues. THese guests did not follow the arrival packet which was sent to them as the condo has a keyless lock. Email receipts were collected from the email delivery to their email address. The pool code is in the binder on the first page. The additional charge was not for the moving of furniture, but was for the added cost for cleaning the condo due to the terrible mess that was left after the guest departure. All bedspreads had to be cleaned as food stains were on them after this guest departed.
We had a wonderful stay

We enjoyed everything about the property. We enjoyed it being a single story condo. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The location on the golf was perfect for my son and I. We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ. We hope to use this property in the future.
