Beautifully remodeled and updated, our 1500 sf 2-Bedroom luxury condo in Wailea Resort's popular ocean front Wailea Ekahi Village is a few steps from gorgeous Keawakapu Beach. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the surf . We are about a 5 iron (level 1-2 min walk) from the beach and Ekahi’s ocean front pool. Located beach front on Keawakapu beach in Sunny South Maui, Wailea's Ekahi Village has a quiet setting with 35+ acres of tropical grounds, 4 pools, paddle tennis and shuffle board. We absolutely loved this upscale, spacious unit; the tasteful Hawaiian decor, the wonderful artwork, large, lovely lanais, ocean view (we had a great one at the time) and listening to the surf. The fact that it is a minute walk to the beach or pool made the location excellent. Keawakapu beach is a beautiful beach. It is It is a very private unit, and stocked with everything you could ask for, including many beach and pool items. Our family will definitely stay at Ekahi 20a next time we go to Maui. The owners are also very nice to deal with.

My husband and I recently stayed in Ekahi 20a in the Wailea Ekahi Village in Maui, Hawaii and absolutely loved everything about it! We cannot wait to return with our families to this beautiful 5 star condo! From the breathtaking ocean views from the lanai and kitchen to the close proximity to the beach, this place is in the perfect Maui location and we couldn't be happier with the lovely accommodations and amenities! The two bedroom condo is beautifully decorated throughout and has spacious rooms, high end bathrooms, comfortable seating areas and a beautiful lanai. We spent every morning with a cup of kona coffee, a newspaper, the sound of the surf and tropical birds, the view of the ocean, and the scent of the beautiful tropical flowers that surround the outdoor space. We were even able to whale watch in our pjs from the lanai! We visited the pool area almost every day during our visit which has beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, beautiful landscaping all around, ample beach chairs and seating areas, and many other little luxuries making it the perfect place to curl up with a book and get some of that amazing Hawaiian sun. Everything about this place is top notch and we couldn't believe how happy we were with the accommodations! 20a was the perfect place to call home during our busy week long adventure in Maui and we cannot wait until our next visit! We can't wait to return and would wholeheartedly recommend it for your Maui vacation!

You won't be disappointed! If you are looking for a wonderful condo rental in Wailea this is the place to be. The Pauli family was so easy to work with and couldn't have been any more accommodating. This is a beautiful, recently renovated condo with an amazing kitchen, two lovely and spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a great living area and a Lanai (outdoor space/deck) off each bedroom and the living room. This place is literally steps from the beach and a 1 minute walk to the pool. The community is wonderful and quiet. The condo is a short walk/drive to the shops at Wailea, golf and several nice restaurants. We stopped at the Safeway which is a short drive away and stocked up on groceries for the whole week. This is a perfect condo for a romantic getaway, a small family or two couples. We will definitely be going back!

Our family had the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous condo while in Maui. It was on a dead end street, no noise, gorgoues landscaping( my Granddaughter loved the flowers, birds and little lizards she called her friends). The location was perfect a short walk to the beach and two pools. The condo itself was updated with everyone of your needs met and the beds were so comfortable. if we return, would love to stay here again!

What can I say--we've stayed at Ekahi Village 6 times now but 20a was especially wonderful. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, gorgeous private back yard right off the lanai (just like the picture)--our foursome couldn't have been happier. We cooked in as much as we ate out because everything we needed was there and we were so happy just hanging out at "home." We truly appreciated the owner, Matt, who in the weeks prior to our arrival answered our questions promptly and graciously. We did all the usual Maui things but based out of 20a, they somehow seemed a little more special. We will be back!

We are a family of 4 adults and booked Ekahi 20a for 12 nights over Christmas.
The suite was lovely and just as depicted in the photos on line. Communication with the Owner is simple and they respond very quickly. We had an issue with the safe which malfunctioned and it was tended to very promptly. The unit is well equiped and we loved that people leave sauces, spices and the odd bottle of alcohol ! And we also left a few things in kind.
The proximity of this building to the beach is wonderful. Literally a 3 minute walk.
The patio and bbq are awesome, we went to Costco and bought our food. Tossed meat or fish on the bbq nightly.
If you're looking for a nice restaurant that isn't too expensive try the Monkeypod.
The only thing I would like to see changed in the suite were the face cloths...they were so grey and discolored that I would not use some of them. They really should be replaced. Such a small thing, I hesitate mentioning it. And the other thing is the mattress on the pull out. My adult son had an awful time sleeping on it. We tried covering it with blankets but it was so thin (as is typical of hide- a -beds) . So glad this renter had an overall good experience. I'm not sure why our cleaner didn't put out new face cloths as we are well stocked with new linens and towels - We will definitely address that with her. I guess this renter missed that along with the other bedding for the sofa sleeper we had a 3" memory foam topper in the hall closet. We encourage guests to call our staff if something isn't perfect or they have any needs and try to be responsive. In this case they would have discovered the topper and not had to remake beds.

Dear Pauli Family,
We wanted to thank you for a perfect vacation at your condo Ekahi 20a in Maui. Everything was just as we expected from the pictures on your
website. The furnishings were comfortable and there was plenty
of room for our party of 4 adults plus 10 month old twins.
We loved the Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom so much that we may have to buy one!
We were able to fit 2 high chairs in the dining area, 2 cribs in the 2nd bedroom, and all the other gear--jumperoo, exersaucer and toys (all from akamai Baby rentals) moved back and forth from the living room to the patio (feeding the birds from the patio was one of the things the twins enjoyed most).
We loved having the barbecue, beach chairs and umbrellas (we replaced one because it suffered badly on a windy day) as well as snorkeling gear and beach toys.
Our son-in-law had some business to conduct, so the fax/printer machine came in very handy.
All in all, the condo was so well furnished and supplied that we could relax and enjoy our time on Maui.
We all had a great time and hope to return again soon.

We meant several other vacationers and discussed our accommodations and theirs'(among other subjects). Describing what was supplied for us brought a "wow".
This was when we described the many "little" things. ie. body boards snorkling equipment, beach toys,kitchen supplies. I'm sure there are more, but that was the general idea. It seemed like not many other places was so well furnished. -

20a was richly appointed and the perfect size for our family of 4. The 3 lanais made it seem even larger. We enjoyed grilling and eating outdoors. It took about one minute to walk to be beach which was nice. I enjoyed listening to the surf while I sat outdoors with all the colorful flowers. We spent about $180 at Safeway (get a discount card at the desk like Bonnie recommends which saved us $60) and that fed our family of 4 for most of the time were were there. We did eat about 3 times. I consider 20a our home away from home! I want to go back!

Unit 20a is beautiful and furnished with everything you'll need for your stay. Our two 13 year-old boys loved the 2nd bedroom with the twin beds and flat screen tv. The location is great, offering easy access to the beach or pool. The unit was clean, bright and very comfortable. Can't wait to go back in 2011!

This was the trip of my lifetime. Maui is so beautiful and laid-back. I was very, very happy to be there. I truly did not want to come back to reality and was actually a little sad to do so. The condo we stayed in was perfect. I loved it. It had everything a person could need or want. It was so very comfortable.

we stayed for a week in unit 20a. Everything was perfect. It was like being at home - but in paradise.. kitchen and entire house was stocked with all amentities as if we were home. even had beach chairs and toys.. just seconds walk to the beach and the pool (when the trades start blowing in the afternoon). comfortable sleep number beds felt like sleeping on air.. no stone unturned when setting up this place! when our flight was delayed a day and the pauli's did not have another guest coming and worked it out so we could stay an extra day. great value for the price! would stay there again! Thanks so much for sharing the perfect place in paradise! We look forward to staying again..

We were two couples with no children, and the layout could not have been better--two completely separate bedrooms and baths. Everything else was perfect too--well-supplied kitchen; comfy living areas; wireless internet access; secluded patios looking onto gorgeous gardens (and the ocean beyond); chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach (a short, short walk away); and generally, an extremely high level of attention to small details. You can't beat this.Â

We had the most wonderful time in Maui. 20A was spectacular ... far above our expectation. The Pauli family do a great job managing and caring for their properties. We so loved being a minute walk to the ocean and the view was amazing! It was nice to be able to shower off the sand at the showers located at the private entrance to the beach, hop in the pool, then walk home. Our condo had everything and more! It was well laid out and the furnishings and finishings were lovely. One of the best features of the condo was the barbecue on the Lanai. It was so convenient and we used it often. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Maui and renting the condo 20A. The condo was very clean and attractive. The pictures on the internet are exactly what the condo is like only it is better in person. The grounds of the condo complex are magnificent and the pools were great. The area is quiet and relaxing. We will be back. It exceeded our expectations.

WE have stayed a several different condos in Ekahi over the last 20 years and have just found our favorite in 20A. The owners were very professional in their rental communications and info about the area. The space was great for 4 or 6 and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected.We could have even come without our snornel gear and water toys. This condo is so well set up you'd think you were in a friend's home.We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our 10 day stay. It felt like a home away from home. The condo was in very close proximity to the beach and nightly strolls to watch the sunset became routine and now greatly missed.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was perfect for us and our 3 young kids. It was much appreciated that the condo was fully equipped with all the amenities and with items for the beach and pool. We enjoyed sitting on the linai every evening and enjoying the view. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick and the beach itself was amazing. The owners (as well as those who work with them) were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. A holiday at this condo is highly recommended.

We have been going to Maui for 25 years now and we keep coming back to Wailea Ekahi. We have tried other resorts but none match the superb location and great value that this resort has to offer. The development has everything you need for a great holiday. The best part of Wailea is the fabulous unit of the Pauli family at 20A. The location is fabulous and the unit has everything you need for a first class stay. The Pauli Family are excellent hosts and see to it that their unit is always in top shape.
