We had the best time staying at the WBV - I-203. It was everything we expected and more - the room was exactly as advertised, the service was fantastic (thanks Tracy!) and the grounds were extremely well kept. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful unit with very comfortable beds and a wonderful kitchen and outdoor grill such that we chose to cook at home most of the time. My son-in-law found it extremely easy to work from 3 am to 12 noon (9am to 6pm EST) taking an hour off around 8 to join his wife snorkling with the sea turtles and then come on our afternoon hikes around haleakala and to the blowhole. The convenience of the pool and beach right outside, and the delightful employees setting you up with chairs, umbrellas and towels made you feel pampered. And the ease of renting snorkling equipment, paddleboards and kayaks for a flat 3 or 5 day fee and use them as often as you like was a great deal. We even found that it was a convenient location from which to drive to the various hikes on both the western mountains and Haleakala. The concierge was also very helpful in making reservations for the 3 nights we did eat dinner out. I would definitely return here again.

It was great staying at i-203. It had everything we were looking for, clean, spacious, new, washer & dryer(essential when you have an active toddler), proximity to restaurants/beach/shopping/golf, very nice fully equipped kitchen. Pam was extremely accommodating & any questions or requests were addressed right away. Can't wait to be back next year!!!

We loved the beautiful villa, and the whole Wailea Beach complex with its pool and adjacent beach. The villa is immaculate and we particularly liked the bbq and living area. We would revisit in a heart beat.

Our family recently stayed at the I-203 Villa to celebrate a family member's birthday in april. The Villa could not be in a better location with a private entrance and easy access to the shops at Wailea and a short walk to the swimming pools and Wailea beach. The Villa itself was well appointed, clean, and spacious. It made for a wonderful and relaxing vacation for those of us who wanted to be outside in the sun or inside relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the view of the ocean and the wonderful Maui breeze. I would highly recommend this villa for your stay. Thanks Pam!

From the moment we drove into the gate to the moment...sadly...we drove away we felt total peace and serenity. The unit is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need. Both pools are so beautiful and the proximity to one of the best beaches on the island is so fantastic. We enjoyed walks along the beach front and great dining within walking distance. If you are looking for a fantastic, luxurious vacation this is the place for you. We look forward to our next visit.

While the Grand Wailea was mobbed, we had a wonderful time at WBV. We could walk down at noon to the pool and chose a lounge under an umbrella and enjoy the view. The condo has a fabulous master suite and great kitchen.

Bello Realty's property in Walea Beach Villa's is a true gem. My family and I arrived to find an immaculately maintained property with Ocean views and perfectly sized for us. The Master Bedroom faces the Ocean and was wonderful to wake in each day. Walea Beach Villas provides Beach Umbrellas to make time on the Beach more enjoyable and the location on Walea Beach is outstanding.

Staying in Unit 203 in the Wailea Beach Villas was truely an amazing experience. Spacious. Luxurious. The view to the ocean was framed by palm trees, and we had all our meals on the large lenai. The kitchen was nicely appointed (double sub zeros) and was complete with everything we could have asked for (espresso machine, wok, juicer, you name it, including a commercial-grade grill on the lenai).
It is great for kids, and ours loved the kid-sized chairs in the living room and the wrap-around canopies over each twin bed. The unit came with a boogie board and sand toys, which made the beach time great. We plugged our Ipod into the sound system and enjoyed our music over the built-in speakers.
Front desk staff were wonderful, as were the beach staff. Can't help but feel taken care of and pampered. Best things: the view, the finishes, and the granite that didn't quit. Worst things: Can't think of anything that I would have changed.
Unforgettable family vacation -- we've been home for two days and have already e-mailed Bello Realty about booking the same unit for next year. -

We really enjoyed staying here because of the location to both the beach and the shops and restaurants across the street - it made everything so easy and fun. It would have been nice to have had access to the fun swimming pools next door, but other than that, everything was perfect!

This is our third time staying in this condo and it was amazing again. The location is perfect, sunsets beautiful from the balcony, condo completely equipped for a wonderful vacation. We are planning on returning in just a few months. It is a perfect Hawaiian getaway and now our favorite vacation of all!!

Lots of space in the unit. Would prefer slightly closer to the beach, but the unit was lovely. We had to drive the older family members down to the adult pool area. The TV was difficult to work and we had some difficulty with the a/C in the twin bedroom.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Well equipped, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and a partial view of the ocean. The pool staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the beach service. We will be back, and the snorkeling was great!

My husband and I vacationed here with two other couples for 10 nights. The location of the condo is great. The condo had plenty of room for all six of us to stretch out and relax. The pool and beach access were a short walk away and we enjoyed both daily. The complex is so beautiful and the pool was not busy at all in comparsion to the neighboring Grand Waliea. The shops at Grand Waliea were also a short convienent walk away. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this unit to anyone!!

We enjoyed everything about our vacation. The unit included everything we needed to really enjoy ourselves. The five of us (husband, wife, three audult children) had plenty of room and spent a good deal of time in the unit. The complex is beautiful and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely do it again.

Hi Pam,
I would just like to express my gratitude for owning an outstanding villa. The ammenaties that are in your villa was excellent. As I like to cook with having growing boys it comes in handy when on vacation. Althought the sleeping arrangements were okay(beds). I have tall boys so we hardly ever get this right except when they each have there own queen bed. I enjoyed the everything that you had in the condo. Felt like I was home with the ocean nearby.

The Condo is spacious with all the upscale ammenities you could want or need. The gourmet kitchen with two sub-zero refrigerators makes this Condo an entertainers paradise. The gas barbecue on the lanai was wonderful, no more communial barbue pits for me! The location is second to none! Beautiful beach with towel and chair service, two great pools and awesome shopping and resturants across the street. I have stayed at the Grand Wailea and many other resorts in Maui and the Wailea Beach Villa I-203 is the BEST! I have been spoiled, any other accomation will be second rate.

I really enjoyed working with Pam Bello of Bello Realty. She was informative, down-to-earth, responsive and personable.
As for the villa, it was fabulous! It was quiet and beautiful, walking distance to the beach and the shops at Wailea. The villa was also thoughtfully stocked- including such unexpected items as binoculars for whale-watching and toddler armchairs that were so adorable and elegant I wanted to take them home! The staff at the resort was friendly, yet full of class. Everything about the experience felt like comfortable luxury. I couldn't have asked for more.
We will be back. -
