Actually, I rented 2 condos during the 12/20-30 period, 1101 & 1508. 1101 confirmation said that the unit had a land-line phone, which was disconnected. Very dangerous in case of emergency. 1508 had dried vomit running down the outside of the toilet bowl. 1101 Lanai furniture had not been wiped off in weeks. Way too much owner clutter in all closets, no hanging room in either unit 2nd. bedroomclosets. Neither unit had use of the kitchen pantry closet. 1508 was locked and 1101 was filled w/cleaning supplies and pwner clutter. 1101 is definitely not worth the rental price.

easy rental process, clean condo, convenient location, lovely view and easy walk to the beach - well-equiped kitchen but some previous renters put some pans in cupboard only slightly cleaned with lots of cooked on food

This unit was awesome. Everything we needed was there. The view was beautiful and we loved watching the sunset from the lanai. The grounds and the pool were very nice. It was conveniently close to some really beautiful beaches and Wailea shops. It was very roomy and comfortable. I highly recommend this unit :-)

The property WAS very clean, I only downgraded it to 4 because I thinnk the carpets could use a steam cleaning. On the two occasions I had to call maintenance they were VERY prompt and effective. Burned out light & blown GFI - for non onsite mgmt, the response was very pleasant. Would definitely return.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Palms unit #1101. The amenities were plentiful, from a kitchen stocked with all the tools a chef could hope for, to a beautiful lanai with great sunset and ocean views. About a 10 minute stroll to the beach, which connects to a great boardwalk/path that passes by the fancy Wailea resorts. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

We like to cook all the local fish and found the kitchen better stocked with cooking utensil than any we have ever stayed in over the years. The cabinets were also stocked with certain spices and we were glad to add a few more for future guests. The Lanai was large enough to accomodate everyone at the same time and we enjoyed the combinatiobn of both chairs and lounges! We have started saving for our next trip back to the Palms!!

This condo is ideally located and has a fantastic view from its lanai. Ample supply of beach toys/towels/seats/etc and terrific space in the condo for our family of 4. My only disappointment was the lack of a functioning internet connection and the inability of the property management company to address that during our one week stay despite a couple of calls to them. But all in all, a terrific condo to enjoy Maui in.

From the moment you walk in the front door and see out the glass doors to the palms and the ocean you know you are home. A wonderful 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities you could ask for. Whether it's enjoying some time on the lanai after lunch with family or a good book while the birds come up to say hi under the bougenvillia or lieing in the very comfortable king size bed looking out at the view. You are relaxed and rejuvenated the whole time. Making meals in the kitchen is fun for the whole family and there is every utensil you could ever need.
Being from Ontario, Canada we go to the Caribeans and for the first two days in Hawaii I didn't see much difference. My opinion changed due to the cleanliness and feel of safety on the whole island of Maui.
Wailea is the most beautiful part of the island in our opinion and we saw most of it. The waves might not be 50 feet high for surfing but they were fun all the same. It was the beaches we loved. A 5 min drive south and you have big beach, very fun, great for walking and not over populated. A 5 min drive along S Kihei road and it's a great beach right across from shops and food places. The best of both worlds. Enjoy your trip wherever you land and be sure to explore the whole island. We will be back and have already passed along Homeaway and The Palms at Wailea website. -

We stayed in Maui for 5 nights, and this condo was the best equipped we had yet. The kitchen had really everything you need to cook. There were lots of beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Great place for families - the next beach is beautiful.

We actually booked a hotel first then cancelled and booked this condo - and boy are we glad we did! The location was superb, and the space and amenities were incredible. The view from the lanai was something to wake up to. It was private, quiet, yet close
enough to anything we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! -

Condo was very nicely located with an excellent view and layout. Very well stocked kitchen and lovely, roomy lanai. A few things could be improved. Entryway and door were dirty, gave a terrible first impression and there as a problem with how it opend and closed. Carpets are dirty and need replacing. The master bathroom smells of mildew. Some of the throw pillows are stained, which made me question the cleanliness of the bed linen and towels. Vents on a/c were caked with dirt/grime. It was a nice condo so I think if small improvements were made guests would have a perfect stay!

We stayed at Palms at Wailea #1101 for 16 nights. This unit is absolutely wonderful. The view from the balcony is everything you have ever dreamed of. It’s a big condo with a lot of space. Really clean.

This place was fab! I was able to host people for a breakfast before my son's wedding and two impromptu dinners, too. We all loved the view from the patio and the location was perfect!! We would recommend this place to everybody!

The unit was very clean and has all the amenities necessary for a week stay. We were close to shopping, golf, and entertainment in Kihei and Lahaina. The property managers were very helpful and were able to process any requests promptly. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Due to the weather and the airlines, I am sorry to say my time in the lovely condo was quite short. But the time I did spend there was quite relaxing. It was convenient to an awesome beach and the condo itself was beautiful. You could tell that the owners tried very hard to make their guests feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with spices, pots,dishes,etc. There was a grill on the patio for home cooking.
The outside patio was very private with very comfy chairs. Don't think we heard any other guests while we were in the condo and while sitting outside on the patio.
My dtr was able to stay the whole time we had rented the condo and she was very delighted with the accomodations.
I would highly recommend #1101 condo to everyone going to Maui. South Maui is truly beautiful and to stay and in the quiet, lush surroundings where this condo was situated made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Thanks -

This condo had a great layout for four people with an amazing view and incredibly clean - even the lanai! It was fully equipped - kitchen appliances & pots/pans, tons of towels, books/puzzles, even coolers & beach chairs! When the wireless internet wasn't working, the manager ensured that it was up & running ASAP. Highly recommend this rental & would return in a heartbeat!

adverised internet never available, second bedroom is only pariotioned off, closet so full of stuff no room for clothes to hang . Towels with bleach stains. Mismatched dishes, glasses, silverware. Whole kitchen in need of a wholesale revamp Casseroles without lids Lots of implements; too hard to find anything because of the clutter. Only instruction: when to leave and warning not to get into owners' closet. This could be a great place.
