The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. Perfect Location to the pool and easy access to the beach. We loved the layout and the furniture was comfortable and felt "homey". Will definitely stay there again.

Condo could use a good overall cleaning. Replace the coach or at least clean it and under it. Pull out and have a look at the pull out bed. TV remotes do not work and for the price of tv's today just replace them. Clean inside of cupboards and you should never leave locked up food in your cupboards. Emptying those and leaving them for guest storage would be way better and would also rid your place of ants. Have cleaning supplies in unit and therefore guest that are staying for extended periods would help with cleaning since your staff is not up to par.

We had a great stay and loved everything about the condo. The location was great, especially being so close to the pool was a big plus with kids! The condo felt like home very quickly, had everything we needed and more... Beds slept lovely and location was good. Lots of beaches very near with great snorkeling! We'd definitely recommend it here and would love to come back!

On arrival, the property was noted to be very dirty. There were ants in the kitchen eating dried up food from the previous tenants. There was a lot of dust buildup on and under the furniture and the carpet edges were very builtup with dirt. However, the real surprise was in the bedroom. The comforter had a bloodstain, the sheets had holes and the towels had yellowed stains and old makeup on them. The management company did provide new towels however, all the dirty linens were left on the bed by the maid and the new linen dropped off on a spare bed with the tags still on. For the duration of our stay (12 days) we tried our best to touch nothing in the suite!

The beds in the second bedroom were too short for an adult. I would recommend only small children for those single beds. The mattress on the fold out bed was too broken down to be comfortable. The whole condo needs to be updated.

We loved staying at the Palms and the condo was very homey and had lots of extras (more than any other condo we have stayed in). Our only complaint is the "BBQ". It is not really a BBQ, but an electric grill. We only used it once and did not like it. We really like to BBQ when there, so it was unfortunate.

Two gentle suggestions.Four rolls of toilet paper were not enough for 3 females and 1 male for 6 nights. The coffee maker(not pot) was so dirty I didn't use it.
Loved the place though!!
