Spring and Summer 2013 Discounted Rates. Please ask ! This second floor property has a fabulous view, charm, and is very convenient to the pool. Is is comfortably furnished with rattan. The livingroom area has ceiling fans both by the sofa and dining area as well as air conditioning. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower, ceiling fan, air conditioning and an ocean view.The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. We had a very pleasant stay at Wailea Ekolu #1504 and were very comfortable with the facilities that were available to us. We enjoyed the views from the unit and the climate that Maui is famous for.
We would take the opportunity to visit this facility again if time permits. -

My wife and I Looked forward to this vacation, I was looking at reviews of 1504 Ekolu after we booked. Saw that there were issues with it not being clean ECT.. I emailed Maui Rental Group. Laurie and alex responded quickly and said that the issues were being addressed. I thanked them and then Prayed. Yes! everthing was perfect. My Wife and I thank you Both

A very comfortable unit and thoughtfully appointed with the housekeeping basics (dish soap, spices, coffee), resort gear (beach chairs, umbrella, novels) to make the getaway fast and easy.
Furnishings are simple and comfortable and in good condition, kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, blender, dishes, etc.
View is amazing and the very large deck was perfect for spectacular sunsets. Very private, even though you're in the middle of a complex of other condos.
Wailea is a bit sterile compared to the more eclectic communities of Maui - but the weather is great, it's a short drive to lots of stunning beaches or the community of Kihei with much more charm and activity than Wailea.
Would highly recommend this condo for a relaxed retreat that's very easy to enjoy. -

My husband and I recently spent 2 months in this condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The views from the place were breath taking. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean.
