Southern CaliforniaFantastic South Maui Trip, as always!
Left on 05/20/2011 for a stay in September 2010
My colleagues and I were attending a conference at a neighboring hotel (Marriott), but having been to Maui a dozen times, I insisted on staying at Wailea Elua (as my wife and I have on all of our Maui trips the last five years). There is simply no better place to stay in Maui than Wailea Elua: fantastic location, awesome beaches, tons of nearby restaurants, and terrific snorkeling and golf.
This is the first time we've stayed in unit #1510, but it's a fantastic deal: beautiful view, close to the beach and hot tub, second-floor unit, comfortable living room and lanai. The condo amenities aren't fancy-shmancy with subzero refrigerator or granite counter tops, but they're certainly perfectly fine ... and far better than what you'll get at any hotel. I would have no reservations about staying in #1510 again! -

The condo was in great shape when we showed up, and the daily maid service helped us keep it that way.

Gold River, CAFantastic Stay at Wailea Elua 1510
Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Elua Village has beautiful grounds and the best location. The unit has exquisite views and is a 2 minute walk to Ulua beach and excellent snorkeling. Loved the Wailea pathway where you can catch some of the nearby resorts' Luau shows during an evening stroll. Nice walk to great restaurants at Shops at Wailea and other great beaches. The unit has everything you could need for your stay including use of golf clubs if interested, boogie boards, beach chairs and cooler. My teen son enjoyed the fitness facility and both teens enjoyed the pool areas. The unit is lovely and comfortable. The bathrooms could maybe use some updating or at least better hand held shower, and if you use a blowdryer, bring your own; the one in the master bath didn't operate well. But that's just quibbling. We would stay here again in a heart beat and hope to do so soon!! The teens were happy, we were happy; it was quiet and peaceful with lots a great activities nearby. The alli staff was great, especially Carnie and all her help with the initial reservation and activity ideas for our stay (Thanks, Carnie!!). Minor issue with garbage disposal was fixed immediately. We highly recommend!

Milford, MABeautiful - pictures do not do it justice
Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in July 2008
Wailea Elua Village is a beautiful place to stay on Maui. The grounds are well kept and very pleasant. The beach is very quiet and relaxing. The sunsets are incredible! Compared to a hotel room, WEV is a fantastic bargain. We had more space, amenities, and comfort that we could even have imagined from the description. Highly recommended.
