Notes from the Owners: We love relaxing on our large, sunny lanai with its spectacular panorama of ocean, plumeria and palm trees, and the west Maui mountains in the distance. It feels like it is our yard! It is just a short walk to a magnificent beach. Listening to the chorus of birds in the morning and watching brilliant sunsets in the evening is magical. From December to May we can see whales spouting, jumping, or slapping their tails from the lanai. We love taking the oceanfront path affording a scenic three mile walk each morning, or walking the other way barefoot for a mile on one of the prettiest beaches in the world! Wailea Elua was the perfect place for our family. We wanted the privacy & comforts of home (kitchen, washer/dryer) instead of a week at a hotel with "everyone else" and #2303 was exactly what we hoped for. The beach below the complex was easily accessible -- and thanks to the owners for those backpack beach chairs! Ulua Beach (right there!) is great for snorkeling, and we saw lots of fish, and turtles! We were happy to find the footwash at the front and back of the unit, but wish they'd both been noted at check in. Our only disappointment was the inability to use the lovely lawn for hacky sack or frisbee. We realize that's all part of living in a condominium complex, but incoming families will want to know that anything active has to happen at the beach or the Wailea Elua guest lawn overlooking the ocean. Despite that, we'd gladly come again and stay in the very same place!

Everything was nice. Our one big complaint is that this is a lower floor unit, the walls are paper thin, and the renters above us were extremely loud, with a baby and a toddler crying and throwing tantrums all day and all night. We could hear them as if they were in the next room. It was not fun being woken up at 6 a.m. each morning to a baby crying. Wish they could screen people better and more strictly enforce "quiet hours" for those who are trying to relax on vacation. The condo itself is nice, in a great location, but can't figure out why the builder of the property put such poor sound-proofing in the ceilings and walls.

The unit was perfect. We especially enjoyed the views from the deck. While most things were nice the sofa/love seat were old and not very clean. The patio furniture was old and not very updated. Otherwise it was fine.

This condo was clean and cool. It has access to a lawn and faces west towards the ocean. The kitchen supplies were more than adequate. The housekeeping service people were friendly and did a good job. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk through the landscaping and features excellent snorkeling.
I received the stay as a gift so I can't speak to the cost or value. -

Upon our arrival we recived the best service ,The condo was very clean and modern . We enjoyed ever minute that we were there and have recommended to our friends that this is the place to stay. As we were told about this location from our friends Tina and Garth anderson ,They had stayed at your resort in June.
We enjoyed the breathtaking views everyday and the short stroll to the beach
