ON ISLAND OWNERS-we are here ensuring this unit is in perfect condition to welcome you to Maui. The condo has been recently updated with designer touches, updated bathrooms and kitchen, and new appliances; brand new mattress July 2010. This ground floor condo is a quiet, corner unit with extra windows in LR and kitchen. The ground floor location, extra windows, and ceiling fans keep it nice and cool but we do have AC if you need it.

The condo is very well ventilated. When we stepped in tired, we had everything that was well organized and supplies to start our vacation.
Very close to beaches and shops at Wailea. Bill and Susan have everything covered from rice cooker to a mixer in the kitchen, TV with all channels, washer drier. My kids were thrilled with the beach toys
