Our family was so blessed with 2 weeks in the beautiful condo! One of the best locations on Maui and more than we thought it would be. It is spotless and well stocked. The whole condo is first class from the unit to the grounds and pool. Security was tight and we always felt more than safe. We loved it enough to start looking for a return date before our first week was over. Thank you Marta and Stuart...it was just what our family needed!

This condo is awesome. In a great area, close to amenities. Close to the beach... Great pool on site... Quiet and private. Love it!!! Would definitely stay again... This is my second time at the Palms and I will definitely be staying there again.

Marta and Stuart sugar coat nothing on here page it is everything and more, the unit was spotless upon arrival and everything they said and more, a beautiful location with great views and privacy and a short distance to the beach and easy access to the main roads to get you where you want to go.
We will return and stay at the palms 703

Hard to find anything to add to the previous reviews. Marta and Stuart were great. The condo was perfect. The complex was well kept and in a great location. We turned on the aC long enogh to see how it worked and then did not use it the whole week. We kept the windowsand dorrs open day and night when we were home and it was wonderful. We ate breakfast on the lanai each morning and laughed at the crazy birds that joined us at the table. Great beds and bedding. Having a washer and dryer was very handy as we only brought carry on to keep things light.

This condo is really lovely. It's large, quiet, in a beautiful resort, clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. It's also in Wailea, which one of the best areas on Maui. The beaches are gorgeous and not at all crowded, and there are lots of amenities nearby. I would definitely rent from Marta and Stuart again!

We stayed here in June 2011 with another couple, and we had an excellent time!! The owners of this condo were so wonderful to work with and more than willing to help. The condo was clean, comfortable, safe, and very well stocked. It had everything you needed, plus a few extras like beach chairs and snorkel sets just to make your trip that much better. We would recommend this place to others and wish it was available so we could go back in January!!

The condo is very elegant and spacious. Has everything you would need. Very close to all amenities. The grounds for the complex are wonderfully maintained. We were given ample notice to some servicing that was needed to be done in and around the condo. The owners were great to deal with and very helpful and informative. The pool is very close and beautiful. We relaxed around the pool, shopped, ziplined, snorkeled and took a helicopter tour. Maui has everthing you need. We would stay in this condo again and again. Incredibly enjoyable!

1. Exceptionally clean with an open floor plan, free flowing with large patio doors out to a huge lanai.
2. Furniture clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent! Never slept better! Air conditioning in master bedroom was great! Would be nice to have aC in guest bedroom.
3. Kitchen was clean with great appliances. Handy pass through to lanai. We ate all meals outdoors on the lanai. High quality Weber BBQ is brand new! Fully stocked with large number of dishes, cutlery, etc.
4. Pleasantly surprised that unit comes with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, snorkeling gear (for kids too), large cooler, all in good shape. We donated 2 cheap boogie boards to the collection.
5. Free Wi-fi was great, Hdtv also great.
6. Central pool was literally 10 steps across the parking lot. Nice, shallow and mostly for smaller kids and adult relaxation. My 9 yr old daughter enjoyed it. Wailae beaches are the best! Weawakapu is at the bottom of the hill. Big Beach is about 5 minute drive. In between are several more! Polo Beach has lots of parking. Can't beat this South Maui location.
7. Booking was a breeze with Marta and Stuart. Clear, concise orientation package provided. Everything efficient and well organized. Had a minor problem which was promptly rectified after a phone call. I don't think the situation could have been handled any better!!
Summary: This is our 3rd trip to Maui, having stayed in Kanapaali, and Maui Kamaole. This was easily the nicest place we have stayed in so far. Would not hesitate to rebook again. In fact, we probably will!

My husband and I went for a relaxing getaway and got that plus so much more! This location was incredible! The wide variety of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away made each day a new adventure. The pool on the property was beautiful and the view made it seem as though you were at the ocean! The grounds were lush and green and we spent many an afternoon just sitting and enjoying the cooling breeze and the amazing surroundings. There was always something new to do in the area, without having to venture too far. We enjoyed the shops in Wailea and when we wanted something a bit more low key we ventured to the nearby Kihei and wandered the open air market. The property owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. When we head back to Maui we will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at a stay in Maui!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a great stay at the Palms unit #703. The location is great - close to the beach and the unit itself is across from the pool. The unit is nicely decorated and we loved the tile floors (most units have carpet throughout)There was a great supply of cooking pans and utensils (though could use a better set of knives for food prep), as well as towels and beach gear. Oh, and the best BBQ we have used at the Palms (we have stayed at at least 8 other units over the years).The owners handled our reservation in a very professional and timely manner. We would definitely go back!

Stayed here for a week in June. It was the perfect spot for me, close to Kihei, so easy to get to the boat ramp for diving every day. The fact that it is on the main level, and the parking spot is right in front of the door is another big plus, especially when you have dive gear to rinse. Seamless check-in and check-out procedure. The owners, Marta and Stuart, were very friendly and attentive and answered e-mails very promptly, made sure that everything would be in order. They really want to make sure that your stay is perfect!
Very spacious and clean 2 bedroom suite, very nice patio, was very happy with the accommodations.

We've stayed in other places on Maui before and would never go back... When we arrived we had to buy nothing extra except sunscreen and food. This unit is clean and well stocked with beach toys, beach towels, coolers and ice packs, chairs, beach umbrellas...the list could go on. Marta and Stuart are pleasant to deal with and they really have thought of everything to make your vacation enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful, location is close to so many beaches and the unit is private and quiet...we never even heard footsteps from the unit above and there were people there. The decor is tasteful and the kitchen has great appliances. The barbeque on the large lanai was amazing (and clean)...there really was no down side to this unit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We'll be back for sure.
