bright, spacious surroundings with plenty of room for the whole family. The master bedroom has a cal king bed with a private bath and dressing area. There is also a private lanai off the bedroom.The living area has twin murphy style beds to accomodate the children or other guests. There is a private bath and dressing area as well. We stayed here for a week in October with another couple. I was worried about space seeing as there would be 4 of us staying there but there was more than enough space for all of us (very comfortably). We spent our days at the pool and evenings at the beach, all within a few steps from our unit. The view from the condo was amazing. We spent most evenings grilling out on our balcony watching the sun set and enjoying the serenity of Maui. The condo had everything we needed and more. What a gorgeous site! The nights we did go out, we were a few minutes from restaurants and bars. Truly an unforgettable vacation. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much we came back for our honeymoon in april 2008 (and will be back again soon...).

My family and I have been visiting Maui for Christmas for the last 10 years. We have stayed in three Ekahi condos over the years and we finally lucked into Judy and Ron's beautiful unit 4 years ago. No need to look any further, we have definitley found our Christmas home away from home for years to come! My wife and I and our two daughters (9 and 12) love the well appointed and practical (literally steps from the pool and beach) 7F. It is very tastefully decorated, with an airy and open feeling due to the high vaulted ceiling in the living room, and it has all the comforts and amenities of home. The two bathrooms have been beautifully renovated, and the twin Murphy beds makes sleeping a family of four a breeze. There is a great little gas BBQ on the very private balcony (lanai), and there is a very efficient air conditioning system for really hot days. We really appreciate how quiet 7F is as well. It is not directly on the green belt, so there is no foot traffic on the way to the beach and pool. Judy and Ron seem to treat the condominium as if they themselves are going to be the next guests. They appear to spare no expense on renovations and upgrades, and it has absolutely no temporary or 'rental furniture' feeling to it at all. Everything in the condo from the furnishings and artwork, to linens and kitchen utensils, to beach and water toys are of very good quality. Judy has also been very quick to reply to our emails and she manages the bookings both promptly and professionally. They also have a very good housekeeper who keeps the unit in excellent condition.We love this gem of a condo and we can't wait to return for our 5th visit!

My husband and I flew to Maui, so that he could attend a business meeting and we stayed at this lovely condo for a week. It was quiet and peaceful there, and we spent time at the pool. There is a large area by the pool to pull up a chaise lounge and read in the sun and a covered area to also enjoy.
We were within walking distance to the meeting,and could walk to several good restaurants and the Mall. The grocery stores are within a ten minute drive as well as lots of great shops.
Our condo was very roomy for two people and can sleep four to six people because there is a beautiful roomy master bedroom, two Murphy beds in the dining room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo also has two full bathrooms. and internet access. The kitchen has everything you need, if you are in the mood to cook. (You supply the food and the condo has everything else!) Also there is a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We loved the condo and spent a lot of time there, reading and sitting on the lanai overlooking a beautifully landscaped area. The beach is located very close to this condo, so that made our stay even more enjoyable, because I like to walk the beach every morning. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone coming. It is only about 20 minutes from the airport, so that is very handy. My husband and I give this condo an a+ rating. -

My wife and I recently returned from our second stay at this wonderful condo. The owners are great to deal with, and the the condo is terrific. Although only 1 bedroom, we took our two adult daughters with us last trip and with the two pullout beds in the main room, we had plenty of room. This unit is literally around the corner from the oceanfront pool, with a very nice snorkeling beach right out front. A short stroll up the beach and you have access to a mile long paved walking/jogging path which snakes between the magnificent beaches and the amazing grounds of the hotels and condos of Wailea.. The whales jumping and playing in front of the sunset each February evening was an added bonus!

I have stayed in this condo twice and it is amazing! Wailea is a great place to stay in Maui, great for families, couples and singles. The condo has amazing views, clean, roomy, great outdoor space, just steps to the pool and beach. Walking distance to shops and dining. I would highly recommend this to anyone! This is a must stay!

I and my 5 female cousins stayed in the Palmer condo for several days and found nothing not to like. The condo was well furnished, comfortable and beyond clean. It was very close to the ocean and a beautiful pool, quiet, well secluded from traffic noise. The extensive grounds were well cared for and landscaped. We could walk to several restaurants along the beach.

What a great place to relax and/or play in the sun. The condo has everything one needs for staying on site and is close to everything for those that want to go out.
I like being able to walk down the beach to the hotels and shops in Wailea or the other direction all the way to Kehei. -

I hate long reviews so I will keep this short and to the point. If you're going to be in Maui, this place is perfect. It's steps from the beach and the pool, but not too close to either so there's no ongoing ruckus to deal with when you're home... and the pool and beach are both brilliant!
It's also extremely close to its parking so no need to pack a water bottle to bring in luggage or groceries or anything.
And finally, in addition to it's perfect-proximity to the outdoor amenities, it's in the perfect place on the island to do anything else like snorkeling, hiking, going out to dinner or cocktails, even shopping.
Oh yeah, and it's immacualte, and newly remodeled so you don't feel like you're staying anywhere but home.
I mean, wow.
If it's available, snap it up. Seriously. -

This was an amazing vacation. We had a group of girlfriends, and had plenty of room! The condo is located steps to the pool and beach. There is an amazing walking trail that goes down to the end of Wailea and back that we walked daily. It is a fabulous location, close to shopping and golf. The condo has a great layout - plenty of space- with 2 lanais that have lovely views of the grounds and beach. The bathrooms are nicely updated, and the washer /dryer was a great added bonus. The grounds of the property are very well maintained, beautiful landscaping! This was actually my second trip to this amazing place. I would highly recommend this property.
