Description
Nestled in a quiet lower village setting right on the green belt, our Maui home has recently undergone a complete professional remodel. The ceiling has a real Hawaiian feel with beams and matting, we've opened the kitchen to the living room and created two master suites with private bathrooms.
The kitchen has the latest appliances as well as a Weber gas BBQ on the lanai. New high end furnishings throughout. Original Tasteful Hawaiian Art. Central A/C and ceiling fans keep us comfortable when the wonderful breezes are not enough.
Each bedroom suite has king sized beds, a flat screen HDTV with built in DVD’s and the living room entertainment center has along with a 42” Plasma HDTV, a sound system that can be enjoyed throughout.
Our views of the ocean, greenbelt and the surrounding gardens are exquisite. The location of 11F, in the lower village, is ideal as we are a short walk to the beach and our building is nestled next to one of three lovely “quiet pools” offering adults the opportunity to read and swim in a restful setting.
We are new owners at Ekahi and are just as excited as you will be to enjoy this condo and the Ekahi facilities. We have a newly remodeled beach pavilion with a lovely kitchen, a great place to gather friends and also a newly expanded pool deck. We are sure you will appreciate Ekahi’s new high speed internet service which with our wireless router makes “getting away” and “staying connected” possible, even outside at the adjacent pool. We also have a FAX machine and a printer for your added convenience.
