My wife and I spent a week here for our 25th anniversary. It was everything as advertised and more.
The property - the property is in a great location in Wailea between the Grand Wailea and the Marriott, close to The Four Seasons and Fairmont. The building this unit is in is set back and overlooks the rest of the property with a great ocean view. The property (common areas, pools, grounds, etc) are exceptionally clean and well maintained. There was lawn work, trimming, and cleaning going on every day. The grounds are beautiful and pleasant to walk through.
Unit - The unit has garage parking and a security key accessed elevator to the unit. The condo has a large master bedroom with large master bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a good size closet. There is a large second bath, den (with a pull out couch), large living room, designer kitchen, and a lanai with grill. The unit was very well equipped with washer/dryer, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, and anything you need to make yourself comfortable. It was extremely clean and well maintained.
Location - the is set back so there is a short walk to access the adult pool and the beach. The path to the beach is well lit and takes 3-5 mins to the beach. There is easy access to other hotels and great restaurants via a path along the beach. Additionally, it is across from The Shops at Wailea with direct access. This is convenient for shopping, dining, and there is an aBC Convenience store there as well.
Beach - The beach is gorgeous, with a nice sandy bottom. Great for swimming. While you need to be aware like on all beaches, the waves are not too big and the water is not as rough as at some of the others. Wbv does have staff on the beach with chairs and umbrellas available for guests.
Management Co- They were easy to work with and quick to respond throughout the booking process and during our stay. They met us at the property later on a Saturday as our flight was delayed, gave us a tour of the unit and property information.
I can't say enough positive things about this unit and property. We are already planning a return trip. -

We were lucky enough to spend a week in Wailea Beach Villa #J506. This is a truly amazing property with all the luxurys of home and then some. The panoramic views are spectacular, and every morning was spent having breakfast/coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. The condo is beautifully appointed, the master suite and bathroom are gorgeous and spaceous, the kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need. Really every detail has been taken care of. Best vacation rental experience we've ever had. Only very small downside is that the unit is at the back of the property, so a bit of a walk (5/7min) to the front of the property/beachfront. I would not let this deter you though. This property is a complete gem.

From the moment we drove through the front gates, I knew we had made the correct decision . Kim met us, escorted us to the condo, showed us key elements. I was sure the unit was going to be nice, from the pictures I had seen. It was even better in person. Spacious, spotless, beter equipped than my own home, view was gorgeous. Our only regret was that we didnt stay longer. ( oh well we will just have to come back)
