Wailea Paradise was fully re-modeled and re-furnished in June 2011 with an entirely all-new interior decor. Now featured in Wailea Paradise H501 are hardwood floors in the bedrooms, Italian plaster custom hand-crafted walls, ultra-lux bed and bath linens, top-shelf electronics including a 3D Samsung super-slim HDTV with unlimited NETFLIX and PANDORA service, kitchen goods, original art, rugs, and patio furniture.
We created Wailea Paradise to rival the elegant but subdued ambiance of the Club Floor Lounge of the nearby Four Seasons Wailea. Borrowing from the name "Wailea Paradise", the decor is rich with warm seaside tones of mahogany, cappuccino, gold, sand, champagne, and rustic blues. The travertine floors are enhanced by rare imported hand-knotted wool and silk carpets. The furnishings are all exceptional custom crafted pieces imported from the mainland in a blend of tropical and traditional styling that blends together in a aesthetically pleasing manner. Wailea Paradise has an exceptional above-average ambiance and appearance.

The great room is an oversized communal gathering space with a 55 inch unltra-thin 3D HD Samsung television with NETFLIX and PANDORA service, HD DVR digital cable box, ipod dock with surround sound speaker system, Samsung 3D Blu-Ray DVD player, Onkyo receiver with sub-woofer, and a wireless printer/fax/scanner.
The alfresco covered ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill, padded cocktail seating, and a four to six person Brown Jordan outdoor dining set.
The kitchen is one of our favorite rooms. There is a Breville espresso machine and two coffee makers, wine fridge, 2 beverage drawers, double freezer doors, Sub-Zero fridge, built-in microwave, convection range, Bosch dishwasher, and a ceramic glass Ceran cooktop. For those who enjoy cooking fresh food, the kitchen offers every type of small appliance along with a quality array of glassware, plate-ware, and service-ware. You are invited to make use of the Belgian waffle-maker, juicer, blender, toaster oven, mixer, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, spices/herbs and other conveniences supplied in H501.

Private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & waterslides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa or home.

The service and amenities exceeded that of any 5 star hotel we had previously stayed in. The home is perched on the top corner of the Penthouse with magnificent unobstructed 360 degree sunrise and sunset views. The high end furnishings, art and decorations tastefully flow from room to room, providing a very soothing and comfortable living experience. This was clearly the best furnished and decorated unit we had ever stayed in. We love the large comfortably furnished wrap around lanai. Could spend the entire day lounging and taking in incredible views and watching the whales play.
