To reserve the unit, we request a Non-Refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental charges (minimum 2 nights charge) including Hawaii taxes. My husband, two children (14 &12) and I stayed at this beautiful, Tommy Bahama decorated condo over spring break. We couldn't have been happier...the condo was everything we hoped for...immaculate, spacious, beautiful, island inspired decor and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Our condo was a minute walk to the specialty stores mall and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach that is shared with the next door Grand Wailea and The Four Seasons. Hope to be able to return to this condo on our next trip to Maui!

I have had mixed experiences with Vrbo rentals, but I must say, this condo was absolutely perfect. I thought it would be good, based on prior trips to Wailea at different locations, but I had no concept of how great it would be. The condo is beautiful--immaculately maintained and stocked with lots of great kitchenware. There is plenty of room to spread out for a family of four, and my kids absolutely loved it. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful--my kids loved all the plants and the stream running through the property. Best of all is the location. The condo was just a few steps from the pool and from the shops at Wailea, where I went most mornings to Honolulu Coffee Company for coffee and muffins. The pool was perfect for kids and adults. The other absolute key to this complex is that it has a designated portion of the beach with beach chair service. The Marriot, right next door, doesn't have this, so you would have to schlep towels to the beach and go "chair-less." The beach chair staff is friendly, and even at Spring Break time there was no fighting over chairs. I will never go anywhere else on Maui! Grand Wailea is a circus and way too crowded. Four Seasons is beautiful and perfect but way too expensive and impractical for a family of four. We used the kitchen for almost every meal, except a few dinners out, and the kids loved eating in or snacking by the pool. The concierge set up whale watching and a family surf lesson for us and also stocked our fridge before we arrived ($50 fee). This was honestly our best family vacation ever. I booked the condo within two days of arriving back home!

We are big fans of Hawaii, and our last trip to Wailea did not disappoint. We stayed at the Wailea Surf villa in the Wailea Beach Villas and had a great time. The entire complex is beautiful, and lacks the crowds of the large hotels. We utilized the concierge several times to set up restaurant reservations, and the pool staff did a great job setting up beach chairs for us when we went to Wailea Beach. The unit itself is spacious and well appointed. It was a perfect place just to relax. Our trip went by so quickly - next time we may plan on 2 weeks instead of one.

We are a family of four, with two young adult males, who have been going to Hawaii for our family vacations for years. Maui has always been a favorite, and this Penthouse at The Wailea Beach Villas was just perfect for our end of summer stay. I wasn't sure if we could put something together so quickly, but Helen was so responsive to all of my inquiries, and within 2 days, I had the major logistics all nailed down.
The un-lucky family member who still had to conduct business, was able to use the wi-fi and wake up early each day to conduct his work via web video conference. He could do this without disturbing the rest of us who were slumbering, and then it was off to either the local beach by the resort or to Big Beach!
We really loved the set up of the living room! Everyone got their own space for "chilling" and we enjoyed watching things like "The Godfather" trilogy in the evenings.
We cooked breakfast in the am's and took many short walks to the shops behind the resort for dinner. The staff was polite, helpful, and overall just outstanding.
I will close by adding that the biggest surprise was the Oracle President's Club event that was being held next door. There was a surprise musical guest to close it all out - and it was "Sting"! So a live concert just put it over the top.

Our family totally enjoyed our recent visit to Maui in PH or L210. The Wailea Beach Villas are perfectly located and we really enjoyed staying in your penthouse. The penthouse had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The kitchen and bathrooms were contemporary and fully equipped. We loved that the kitchen had two fridges! The unit itself has a luxurious but comfortable feel. As a family of five, the unit was spacious and had a great lanai with a barbeque. The unit was incredibly close to the Shops of Wailea and all the first class restaurants nearby. We loved our dinner at Spagos! The walk from the unit to the beach and adult pool was spectacular - the grounds are lovely! We really appreciated that there were attendants to help you get umbrellas and chairs at the beach!! The concierge was very helpful and an asset to the facility. It was nice they also had a work out room conveniently located near the kids pool. I would definitely recommend this unit!

I am writing to let you know that our time on Maui was great. The condo was exactly as you described and pictured. The family had a great time and the place is great for children.
Unfortunately, my wife, my children, and I cannot revert to our normal vacation modus operandi of renting a hotel room. Your condo has completely spoiled us with the space and comfort. The bar is now set rather high for future vacations. What to do? I guess we just have to revisit Maui! -

We really enjoyed our stay at L210 at the Wailea Beach Villas. All the comforts of home and more. Very clean and well kept. Very close to shopping and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The gym had aerobic machines, free weights and some weight machines - not crowded at all. The pools were pretty empty probably because the beach was so close. Thank you for letting us stay there. We hope to come back again in the future.

Thanks, we had a great time in every way. Loved the accommodations and location can't be beat. This was one of the best vacations our family has taken. We have traveled to Hawaii many times and have stayed at many of the popular resort complexes, including Kaanapali on Maui, Ko Olina on Oahu, and Hualalei on the Big Island. However, we like Wailea the best and the Wailea Beach Villas surpasses all the other places in Wailea. Villa 210 was spacious and nicely furnished. The housekeeping staff mentioned that there had been several recent upgrades last month including a new 50 inch plasma TV and a new sofa bed memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms were large with soft plush beds and nice island style furniture. We all slept great after long days out at the beach.

Wow--was the reaction we had when we walked through the front door of this villa. It is beautiful!! This beats any hotel! Everything you could possibly want is here. The staff sets up your chair at the beach and provides towels. The fitness center is great and my kids enjoyed the pool. The shops of Wailea are within walking distance. We walked there for lunch and dinner one day. I would highly recommend this villa. I hope we can come back soon!!

The penthouse was so wonderful in many ways. From floor to ceiling, unique but fitting decor, comfortable furniture, a large beautiful kitchen decked out with the best of everything a cook could need (even spices). We enjoyed the patio which was equipped with a top of the line grill that we made good use of.
The staff were so helpful, courteous, and attentive. The caliber of service was really on par with a good five star hotel, even better than some of the five starts I have stayed in.
The grounds of the community are absolutely heaven on earth. I have been lucky enough to visit many lovely and unique places in my life, but I have never seen such gorgeous well taken care of grounds, down to every minute detail and on every visual level. The vast array of flowers, perfectly pruned trees and shrubs, waterfalls and streams that are natural in appearance and not gaudy, the lovely grotto style crystal clear pools and spas. I also loved the special attention that was given to keeping the pools clear and natural, I generally do not enjoy public pools but I could barely sense and type of chemicals used in these pools, and I am very sensitive. The beach was wonderful, very private in a sense that it appears to be only shared with another hotel. The beach attendants were friendly and wonderful,quickly setting up chairs and umbrellas for us with a sense of urgency you rarely find these days.
I only have one further comment, I think that I should mention it because it seemed so out of place and was quite a source of discomfort on our trip. The beds overall were very uncomfortable. Also we had one family member who stayed on the pull out couch and it was really in terrible condition. After one night she moved to the couch in the living room to sleep, I tried out the pull out bed myself and personally it was the worst I have ever laid upon. Everything else was simply outstanding. Just wish we had all been able to sleep better. -

When I traveled to Maui and Lanai previously, I would stay at the Four Seasons hotels. But, it bothered me to not have a kitchen and washer/dryer. I preferred to cook one or two meals per day, and I preferred to have freshly laundered clothes. When I searched for accommodations this time around, I was so excited to have found the Wailea Beach Villas. This unit (Ph210) in particular had a luxurious full-sized kitchen with 2 sub-zero refrigerators, a private Viking BBQ grill with a hood on the lanai, washer/dryer, office, and plenty of space (about 2000 sq ft)! I parked my car in the designated parking spot, walked a few steps to the elevator and found myself at the unit! In most hotels, I would have to walk through a long maze just to get from the car to the room. The spa at the Grand Wailea is literally next door; the Four Seasons (with Spago and an amazing breakfast buffet) are just a few steps away; and the shops of Wailea (with Ruth's Chris and Tommy Bahama's restaurant) are across the street. Almost everything that I needed was within walking distance. This property is only 20 minutes away from Kahului airport and the grocery store Whole Foods. For those that enjoy to BBQ, I would highly recommend that you stop at Whole Foods to purchase the pre-marinated meats or rib-eye steaks.
The pools are fabulous and the beach concierge service is unparalleled since they set up umbrellas, lawn chairs and towels free of charge on Wailea beach.
I am definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We just spent 10 days at WBV, in Unit 210. Two words...Absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed everything about this resort, from the attentive staff to the beautiful grounds and extremely well equipped unit. The unit was quiet and very conveniently located. On the evenings we didn't use the great bbq on the lanai, it was great to just walk to the Shops at Wailea, and enjoy a meal at one of several restaurants. We spent much of our time at the beach and the pool staff was very accomodating when we requested lounge chairs and umbrellas be set up. We are already looking forward to returning to WBV, and will definitely request unit 210. If you are looking for a visit to paradise, WBV is it.

Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing condo! We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! The facilities and location were perfect - it was so nice to be able to get around without a car. The beach, pools, shopping, and wonderful restaurants were all just a few minute walk from your condo, which is a great convenience especially when you have young kids! The staff were so helpful and friendly. We also loved the huge kitchen and had many happy family meals out on the lanai watching the sunset. We can't wait to come back!

This was only my second trip to Maui, and I can say that it was one of the best vacations that I have had. I stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas (unit 210). This was a huge spacious unit and more than enought space for my family to spread out and relax, especially after a day at the beach. Booking the unit with the owners was a breeze and so easy (this is my first owner rental).
The Wailea Beach Villas themselves are fabulous and the location can't be beat. Wailea Beach is a 2 minute walk from the villa, and Ulua Beach, which we found to be more secluded and private, is a 4 minute walk. The concierge staff is great, and was more than willing to help out with setting up trips to the Maui Ocean aquarium for our children. We also liked that there was the Shops at Wailea shopping center located right next to the Beach Villas, as it was so nice to be able to walk over for dinner at one of the many restaurants instead of having to get in a car.
I definitely plan to be back next year! -

The Wailea Beach Villas property is a perfect location in one of the best areas in Maui. It is situated right next to the Wailea Shopping Center.
Our family really enjoyed staying in this particular unit. First of all, this two bdrm unit is huge--with both bdrms having en suite bathrooms. The unit has been kept up in virtually new condition. There is nice attention to details: plenty of extra towels (all new), nice bathroom amenities, three flat screen tv's, two Subzero refrigerators, and all the kitchen appliances/utensils you would expect.
The unit itself is physically located close to the Wailea Shopping Center, so it is a quick walk to get an espresso or breakfast in the morning. Also unique is that each unit in the complex has a dedicated elevator that is key-card accessible only, ensuring privacy. The fit and finish of the unit is very high--better actually than the Ritz Carlton where we stayed later in our trip. One feature that may be overlooked is the absolute silence inside the unit. We loved the quiet tranquility!
The staff at the resort were very helpful. We booked an exciting whale-watching trip through them. The owners were also extremely helpful in providing some "local knowledge" of the area.
We would definitely stay there again!
