Penthouse 309 Wailea Pearl features a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath floor plan of 2600 sq foot with bonus fourth bedroom. Expansive Ocean Views from great room, balcony and Master bedroom. Fabulously furnished and comfortable up to 8 people, decorated with original art and outstanding imported artifacts.

Dining area seating for six and additional seating for five at the kitchen counter barstools. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and full size wine refrigerator, top brand appliances for your every comfort.

Living area has lush seating and flat screen TV, HBO, current selection of DVD movies, top selling books, puzzles and fun board games.

Master bedroom with ocean view is dignified with French regency furnishings, Asian antiques and warm red accents. Impressive King bed and luxuriously bedding. En-suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate glass shower, dual vanity sinks, upscale amenities and a large walk-in closet. Master Suite has flat screen TV and a privacy door leading direct to lanai. Well furnished balcony includes outdoor dining for four with two reclining lounge chairs and Viking rotisserie grill.

Elegantly appointed Second and Third bedrooms provide Queen beds in vintage Hawaiiana motif, comfortable pillows, luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton linens, and include flat panel televisions and iPod docks.

Second bedroom has en-suite bathroom with dual granite top vanity, glass enclosed seated shower and private water closet. Third bedroom will share bath with either second or fourth bedroom.

  Wbv is a luxury condo complex in Wailea on Mau. the property is beautiful with landscaped grounds , pools ,waterfalls. these are all condos and have different owners as far as I can tell though al units seem to be elegantly furnished. The kitchen in this unit had granite counters and top of the line appliances and beautiful cabinetry. I came with family and the unit was spacious enogh so that 5 of us had plenty of room as well as privacy.My only complaint is that Wailea is not in a town but is a series of hotels, golf courses and resorts, so aside from one shopping center next door (The Shops at Wailea) you have to drive to get anywhere. I prefer to stay in a place where dining, shopping, and entertinment is within walking distance. But that's my preference. If it's not yours then you will love Wailea Beach Villas.
