Aloha and Welcome to M212 - Azure Azul Ocean View Villa at Wailea Beach Villas, a newly refreshed and re-decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation villa, located within the Wailea Beach Villas Resort on Wailea Beach, Maui Island.
Enjoy this private sanctuary of secluded and generously sized luxurious villa residences with upscale hotel services and amenities at owner direct rates. You are guaranteed the specific residence, decor, location, and view as represented on this individual property display.
This spectacular all-new accommodation has an impressive large ocean view that also captures sunsets and moonsets depending on the season.... In the winter months you may catch a view of the playful antics of our seasonal Humpback whales.
M212 is a corner residence with more than 2,195 square feet inside, along with a covered wrap-around over-sized outdoor veranda of more than 500 additional square feet.
Within M212 Azure Azul there are three bona-fide full-size bedrooms. The ocean view master suite has an Eastern king bed, the second master suite has a California king bed, and the third bedroom suite has either two twin beds or another king bed. The third bedroom bedding is custom prepared upon request. There are up to three king beds in M212! In addition, there are 3 full bathrooms with one deep soaking tub and three separate glass enclosed showers.

We took classic neutral elements such as antique bronze, soft white marble, and butterscotch color granite, and blended them with beautiful sapphire blue, rust, orange, and verdant green tones to create a unique and refreshing tropical living space.
As you walk into the great room, you may notice the blue ocean views and the blue skies above. There is a large covered fresh-air patio that provides ample room for outdoor dining and lounging. To further enhance the natural living experience at Azure Azul Ocean View Villa, we placed fresh green live plants indoors, and an array of potted live plants and flowers in imported glazed ceramic pots on the patio. There are no fake or plastic plants and flowers in this luxury villa.
Additional upscale details include quality furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds.
The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including an espresso machine, crystal glassware, coffee maker and grinder, professional cookware, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, ceramic glass cooktop, Bosch electronic dishwasher. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the private in-villa ocean view Viking gas grill.
M212 is one of just a few corner tower building villas with extra windows in the great room and the 2nd master bedroom. Golden natural sunshine gently filters into your villa via the abundant windows, to help create a cheerful and enlivening living space. The M stack accommodations are conveniently located in the center of the resort, but unlike at many of the other residences that are closer to the pool, you do not hear noise from that area. M212 is still conveniently located to the family pool, fitness center, billiards table, the lobby, and to a gate that leads you directly into The Shops At Wailea.
The Wailea Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort comprised of only 98 elegant private residences set on 11 acres nestled between the Shops At Wailea, Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The Wailea Beach Villas are a sublime eden of Wailea. Here you will experience the golden sands of Wailea Beach, big blue skies, glorious sunsets, and direct access to the azure blue Pacific. This gated vacation paradise serves a limited number of visitors via it`s polite and attentive 24 hour security personnel, two swimming pools one designated for adults and the other for families, two outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas, an elaborate fitness center with locker rooms and showers, an activity room, a fully accessorized business center, and beach services. Throughout the resort tiki torches blaze after sunset creating a truly tropical South Pacific ambiance.
From the Wailea Beach Villas lobby area you can walk directly into the Shops At Wailea. You will then be just steps from four different restaurants (Longhi`s, Tommy Bahama, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Ruth`s Chris). Visitors may indulge in shopping for an array of luxury goods ranging from Tahitian pearls, fine jewelry and watches, Parisian fashions, Coach, Louis Vuitton or Bottega Veneta leather bags, original world-class art, or tropical clothing including beach bags and sandals. Convenient take-out service is offered by many local restaurants, including the renowned Longhi`s and Tommy Bahama restaurants.
The Wailea Beach Villas Resort has direct access on to Wailea Beach. It`s an easy stroll through the lushly landscaped gardens to the beach. If you would like assistance, simply call the Wailea Beach Villas security office for a lift to the beach access area. En-route to Wailea sandy swimming beach you will see tiki torches, cascading waterfalls, a free-form river, emerald-green planted gardens, and multi-colored flowers. Wailea Beach is a perfect crescent shaped sandy swimming beach with snorkeling coves that frame the post-card perfect beach. From the adult pool, gaze down the crescent shaped golden sands of Wailea Beach, with its deep blue water, crimson and scarlet sunsets, and powder blue skies punctuated with white cotton candy clouds. The beach front paved pedestrian promenade that passes through Wailea Resort along the coastline serves as an ideal pathway for walking and jogging. You may rent sports gear such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel sets, surfboards and more - a few steps away in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach. We also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa - for take out to other beaches or for use on snorkel sail adventures.
At the adult pool are complimentary services provided by the Wailea Beach Villas Resort. The pool and beach attendants will assist you with beach or pool towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs or chaise lounges, covered Casabella-type shaded chairs in the garden, or poolside lounges and more umbrellas. Vacation at the Wailea Beach Villas and you don`t have to be unnecessarily concerned about the availability of lounge chairs or sun umbrellas. There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sun shade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both of the two heated swimming pools - enough for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up your lounge chair on Wailea Beach as requested. Towel and water service is also available pool-side. At the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel on Wailea Beach, any visitor, including non-hotel guests, may rent private tent cabanas or casabella beachfront chairs for a daily fee. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea Hotel's pools and water slides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Fees range upwards of $500/day. Reservations accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. Separately, on Wailea Beach is a kiosk "Maui Ocean Activities" that rents all types of ocean sports equipment as well as beach "set-ups", for visitors who do not have a supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, or sports equipment available to them. All of our properties always supply a full array of portable beach items, excepting sports equipment. Wailea Beach is a public beach, therefore there is no fee to access the beach, and it is not necessary to buy any services or to rent equipment to swim and sun on Wailea Beach.
