Sleep in true bliss atop plush ultra-premium beds. A choice of three king beds, or two king beds and two extra-long twin beds is provided. One of the king beds was designed by Vera Wang, and the other beds are some of the very best quality offered by Serta. Embellished with high-thread count all cotton linens, down pillows and tropical weight down duvets, every bed offers a heavenly sleeping experience that can be favorably compared to any of the finest hotels in the world.
The master bedroom offers a serene personal space from which to gaze at the amazing ocean view. Step out from the master bedroom directly onto the ocean view outdoor terrace. Large picture windows capture a priceless view of the Pacific. An over-sized bathroom adjoins the master and it features an oversized soaking tub with folding shutter windows that open to the bedroom. At the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel on Wailea Beach, any visitor, including non-hotel guests, may rent private tent cabanas or casabella beachfront chairs for a daily fee. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea Hotel's pools and water slides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Fees range upwards of $500/day. Reservations accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. Separately, on Wailea Beach is a kiosk "Maui Ocean Activities" that rents all types of ocean sports equipment as well as beach "set-ups", for visitors who do not have a supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, or sports equipment available to them. To say aqua Lani J305 is a beautiful home is an understatement. Everything in the home is spotless and luxurious, the pictures represent the home perfectly. The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is furnished with more than the essentials and made it easy to prepare some meals after a long, sunny fun filled day.
The location is a short path walk to the great pools and the big blue ocean. We would most certainly consider this a spot to return to!
Let's face it, nothing comes cheaply in Hawaii, and certainly not in Wailea. That being said, this is about as good as it gets. The rooms were very nice, the view was very good, and the service was excellent.
Our proximity to the beach, pools, and superb dining, made life easy.
We would return to this place in a heartbeat, I highly recommend it.
I was so pleasantly surprised by this unit, especially for how well equipped and lovely it was. I've rented condos elsewhere and stayed in five star hotels and this exceeded most of those experiences. The unit had a great view, lots of space and was so well located that we could walk to many places from the beach for dinner, shopping and activities. The lower pool was staffed, providing services equivalent to a five star hotel. The management company made the visit very easy, equipping the condo with basic food. The best surprise was the outdoor BBQ letting us make dinner while watching the sunset.
I can surely attest that you will not be unhappy with your stay in J305 and will be pleased with the resort facilities as a whole. There are always a few items that can use improvement but the nice extras and superlatives outweigh the negatives. They could use some sharper knives and I am not a big fan of electric stove tops. The grill only got marginally hot and this obviously made grilling difficult. The elevator to our unit was broken on and off our first few days on property and I would strongly recommend the use of Wailea Beach Villas own concierge Tracy, in lieu of using the concierge assigned to you by Tropical Villa Vacations. Tracy is outstanding. Overall we had a lovely vacation and would certainly visit again and be happy to book through Tropical Villa Vacations.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Wailea Beach Villas this summer. It was our third time staying there and we were very happy repeat customers. The aqua Lani Villa had perfect amenities for our family with separate bedrooms for the kids and a very comfortable common kitchen/family room/patio area with great ocean views. The Tropical Villa Vacations representatives were terrific. From the reservation process to pre-provisioning service to meeting us after hours to let us in our unit - they really had our needs covered. The front desk and pool/beach personnel at the Villas were also extremely helpful and professional.
We enjoyed having easy access to the beach, the Shops at Wailea and enjoyed many fine restaurants located in close proximity to the property. We also took advantage of the opportunity to use the well-appointed workout room and pools.

We had a great experience and the facilities are lovely. We only wish there were more kid friendly pools (for very young children); other than that, it's a very beautiful resort.
