The M111 Island Oasis Villa at Wailea Beach Villas, also known as "Tower Building", provides two California king bedrooms, a third den bedroom sleeping space with queen bed and two marble bathrooms. This beautiful villa has more than 2,200 square feet of elegantly contemporary "Tommy Bahama" style decor with partial ocean views in a convenient ground floor walk-in location. It is exceptionally well appointed and fully equipped with above-average quality decor and appointments. A tremendous amount of tender loving consideration has been invested to create a vacation home that will satisfy guests with five-star expectations.

Set in a south and southwest facing location, M111 Island Oasis Villa is conveniently shaded from most direct sun, making it comfortable to enjoy the outdoor terrace throughout the day. The walk-in location overlooking the family pool, spa, and gym is a great asset. The adult pool and spa as well as Wailea Beach and the beach front paved pedestrian promenade are easily reached by strolling just a short distance through the gardens past a dramatic waterfall. The Shops at Wailea are less than one block away. Step outside the front door and stroll around the corner! Floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience. With confidence, we can boast that you likely may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night on the ocean view private terrace, from where you can whale watch during winter season, star gaze at night, and otherwise be entertained by mother nature's soul-stirring and ever-changing hues of blue in both sea and sky.

You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa or home.

Makena Resort, only a few minutes drive away provides the additional exceptional Makena North Golf Course and half a dozen other sandy beaches nestled between secluded scalloped coves of ancient lava rock.   A Beautiful Paradise!!

  From the moment we arrived at Wailea Beach Villas our family was treated with great service. The staff from Tropical Villa Vacations could not have been more professional and friendly. It was late by the time we arrived at the villa, and we were pretty tired. We had also stopped off at the grocery store on the way, so we had a car full of groceries. The staff of Tropical Villa Vacations met us upon arrival, carried all our bags and groceries in, and truly made the arrival the perfect start to a perfect weeks stay. The Villa was beautiful, and had every amenity we could ask for. The Kitchen was stocked so nicely with everything that we needed. In fact I would suggest going to the Villa prior to grocery shopping, because there were many things already there. We loved the location of the villa and the access to he beaches and loved waking up each morning to run along the path that goes for several miles along the beach. This Villa was a bit of a walk down to the beach, but we didn't mind it, the grounds are so beautiful. We would definitely return to Wailea Beach Villas, and most definitely use Tropical Villa Vacations again. They made the entire process, from initial questions we had, to booking the Villa, to the stay while we were there; all extremely friendly, professional and offer over the top customer service.

  We had a great week at M111! My wife and two daughters and I really enjoyed this villa and the facility as a whole. This is a really nice large unit with plenty of room and everything a family needs for both daily living in the villa as well as items for the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary and luxury items, including an espresso machine, two refrigs, etc. Beach closet has everything you need for snorkeling, pool toys, chairs, boards, etc. Patio sits just above family pool (adult pool a little ways away down at beach, but not too far)with a nice view and is a great place for informal family meals. Staff is great and you are so close to all of the 4 star resorts that it is an easy walk for sunset cocktails, etc. Would stay here again without question.

  This Villa has everything you need when it comes to choosing a perfect vacation spot! Stunning views all around and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud, so very comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and perfectly nuzzled between the warm waters and soft sand of the beach and the amazing shops and fine dining at The Shops at Grand Weilea. Once you're there, you'll never want leave.

  We loved our stay in M111. The condo is beautiful and amazingly stocked. Loved 2 fridges, coffee grinder (and coffee) beautiful furnishings and a great layout. The location, close to the children's pool was perfect for us. The staff was frinedly and helpful and all the amenities were extreamly clean and well cared for.

  Spending our 35th anniversary here, in the beautiful Island Oasis Villa, could not have been more perfect.
  
  The owners of this villa know what they’re doing. Heavenly beds, incredible sound system, just right lighting and every amenity you could wish for. Tasteful doesn’t even begin to describe it!
  
  The kitchen was perfectly appointed and a joy to cook in. Though we did stroll the 2-3 minutes to Tommy Bahamas and Longhi’s a few times, it was a pleasure to just stay in and do our own gourmet meals. The lanai was so relaxing it was tempting to never leave!
  
  But when we did, this Wailea Beach location was absolutely the best for getting around and exploring – or just staying put! Walk right down to the beautiful beach and enjoy the chaise lounges, umbrellas and the view of Molokini where the snorkeling trips go but don’t miss the excellent snorkeling right off the beach. (My wife had a huge sea turtle swim right under her!) The Grand Wailea, with it’s famed spa is right next door and a short walk down the Malecon, which, by the way, is also perfect for that morning run. Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous grounds, golden sand! And the weather!? No rain the entire time we were here (10 days), even though there was rain north, east and west of us!
  
  So yes, we ventured off and had so lot’s of wonderful Maui adventures, but the best part of this trip was our time in this amazing Villa. This is truly the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. A piece of paradise you won’t want to leave!

  We had one on one service upon our arrial. The Villa was prestine and we are usually very heard to please :). The decore was very tasteful with beautiful and unique furniture. We were a couple minutes walk through magnificent gardens to the beach. The service was incredible once we got to the beach. We were asked how many beach chairs and umbrellas we needed and by the time we were settled on the beach we would have the arrangement all set up. It was definitly a top notch vacation.   This place was absolutely gorgeous! The location couldn't be better, right by the Shops of Wailea, so restaurants are near by. However the kitchen and BBQ on the lanai should satisfy any chef with twin sub-z's for your convenience. I would not hesitate for one second to stay here again. It is set back from the ocean a ways but still a great view. I don't mind being a little ways from the ocean as I find it too noisy at night to get some sleep

  We enjoyed 1 week at Island Oasis M111, and it was literally perfect. The suite was very beautifully furnished and equipped with every amenity imaginable. The kitchen was the nicest kitchen I have ever cooked in - ever! Every room in the unit was very spacious and immaculate. The entertainment unit was a little tricky to figure out, but who has time for TV when you are in paradise anyway? Traditionally, Murphy beds are uncomfortable, but this one was like a dream bed.
  The walk down to the beach was lovely though a little long. The beach attendants were very helpful and conscientious. The 2 pools were quiet and nicely appointed. We cannot wait for another visit to Wailea Beach Villa unit M111!
