The walls, trim, and floors were done in a custom color palette consisting of vanilla walls, rich butterscotch granite counters, and creme color travertine marble floors.
Our favorite features include the iPod docks, exceptional electronics with premium television channels, the fully equipped work space, European imported cabinets, nine foot lofty ceilings, and honed marble floors.
The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with a plethora of Cuisinart small appliances, Breville espresso machine, two coffee makers, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau Ceran surface electric cooktop, Bosch electronic dishwasher. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa or home.

This was our second time in renting from Tropical Villa Vacations. They are always helpful with anything that we have asked. They had boogie boards ready for the boys at our condo when we arrived and they also found a place for us to have Easter Brunch and made the reservations for us. The home was great for our family of 5. It had everything that we could have asked for and much more. My youngest's favortie part was that the balcony looked over the pool. He would stand out there every night and wait for the other people to leave and as soon as they did we headed down and had it all to ourselves. There was a great coffee stand just outside the properties gates. It was fun to walk on the pathway between all the other resorts to check out what they had but we still liked ours the best. More private and quiet. We loved having our own parking space in the garage with direct access to our elevator to our Villa. We didn't spend a whole lot of time on the beach there but it was clean and very nice to have someone come and set up a chair for you with towels. The waves were pretty mild for smaller children or less daring folks. Our boys preferred the bigger waves so we spent time at other beaches. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The facilities were well taken care of and staff were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything.
We had a wonderful time staying here. Tropical Villa Vacations does such a great job of taking care of the details. We loved the condo. So much so we had a hard time getting the kids to leave. Every night my youngest would sit on the balcony and watch the people in the pool. As soon as they left he then insisted on going down to swim in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the path outside the gates and checking out the other resorts in the mornings. It was nice to discover a Starbucks coffee just right outside our gate. Altough as my husband said "why go there when we have just as good coffee if not better in our own kitchen". Even though it was spring break the facilites weren't busy and pretty relaxing. I would recommend any place that Tropical Villa Resorts has. This has been the second on that we have rented from them and they do not disappoint. Thank you!!!
Wonderful time. Lovely unit. Tropical Villa Vacations could not have been more accomodating. My daughter and future son-in-law were ill upon arrival & we were there for their wedding. Tvv suggested a medical facility & even came by to make sure every thing was OK.
I was so impressed with how well-stocked the condo was & spotlessly clean. Beautiful location, great views too.

My husband and our 5 year old twin boys stayed for 5 nights in Regal Mandalay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous; you are not wanting for anything. The best part, of course, is the wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of Wailea Beach. The beach is stunning -- perhaps the most beautiful on Maui. And, Tropical Villa Vacations take excellent care of you; the customer service is the best there is. In short, we strongly recommend this service, Wailea Beach, and this particular condo. You won't be disappointed.
A spectacular view from the balcony that draws you to it when you enter Regal Mandalay. Every amenity is provided to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. The beds are comfortable for a great nights sleep. The location to the pools, beach, & walking path bring us back every year. The friendliness & helpfullness of the staff is like talking to family. We felt at home the entire stay and will return. We find the convenience to the golf courses as well as great eateries the best on the island.
The service was friendly and attentive, the home was class A with every detail superbly provided, great views and beautiful walk to beach with very attentive beach staff.
