Super clean & lots of extra dishes, utensils, small appliances, linens, soaps, detergents, washer& dryer, 3 TVs 3 ceiling fans. Loved that we could walk right out to the lawn/ pool /beach from our patio. Also great that we could park right in front of our door. It was great the second bedroom had twin beds. The bathrooms were beautiful. (Just 1 thing; need to get rid of all the faded & dusty fake flowers & plants ~ they're not attractive. And a few of the faded wall pictures could go too, but that's just decor/easy fixes)
