180 degree views from Kahalui to the ocean and Ma'alaea bay, Ma'alaea Harbor, Mt Haleakala, Molikini and Kahoolawe islands.

Holiday rates Dec 20th to Jan 5th - $205 - minimum 10 nights

RATES are based on a weekly 7+ night stay plus tax (13.42%), US dollars (maximum of 4 guests)
Deposit of $400 required within 7 - 10 days for confirming and securing reservation.
($1000 for 28+ days reservation)
Remaining amount due is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for high season)
For less than 7 nights, a one time housekeeping fee of $125 and nightly rate add $5
Minimum of 5 nights reservation, 7 nights high season, 12 nights holidays
Refundable Security / damage deposit of $300 included with final payment.

Refundable Deposits --- are fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the pool gate key is returned to the condo. ($75 fee for lost keys). Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required. The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within 14-28 days of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival
(60 days for high season). Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.

Discounts of 5%-10% for longer stays - minimum of 3+ weeks

  We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Condo. It has a fun and funky feel to it. We enjoyed the master bedroom, we loved waking up to the Ocean View it has a spa like feel to it The room was very spacious and open feeling. I thought the grounds were well manicured and the grass was amazing. We liked sitting on the sunny Lanai and watched for whales and turtles, wich we did see.We also enjoyed eating on the Lanai and looking at the city lights. We used the BBQ for dinner alot and met some great people.
  We didn't use the second Bedroom but it was nice for extra space. It was windy while we were there,it kept the place cool.We loved the Maui Ocean Center its great for pictures just like snokeling! We went on a helicopter ride, golfed, sunset cruise,Ulalena,Luau reefdancer,trip to Lanai swimming and snorkeling. Our favorite was the Drive to Hana and around the rest of Maui. Suger beach is 5 minutes away and is a huge quiet beach. We had a great stay hope to be back one day...Mahalo

  Condo #411 in Maalaea Kai

  I stayed at this condo from November 6th until November 18th, 2011.
  The condo was beautiful and clean. Staying in Maalaea Village is a nice area to stay. It was very quiet but also close to some of the bigger cities.
  The only warning I have for this condo is about the damage deposit. We did not receive our full damage deposit back. We were falsely accused and held responsible for pulling a valance off of the wall. It took 56 days after leaving to receive any notice of damage even though I had emailed the week after we had left to see if everything had been ok. The only response I received back was that the damage deposit would be shipped back in 14 to 28 days. There were many inconsistencies with the information provided to us from the gentleman that we rented the condo through, Earl Behrendt with got Maui condos.
  I would strongly recommend if you do decide to rent this condo that you request a walk through with the housekeeper when you first arrive and before you depart.
  This condo is a very nice condo and looks exactly like the pictures and I would have gone back every year if it were not for being wrongly accused and having such difficulty get our damage deposit back.
