Welcome to Maui and to our luxurious preferred ground floor Condo at Kana’i a Nalu (Gentle Surf) at quiet Ma’alaea Bay, Maui’s Best Kept Secret.

Located a short 12 minute drive from the Kahului Maui Airport, this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath resort Condo is centrally located on the SUNNY SIDE of the island of Maui. Swim, snorkle, hike, sail or just relax beachfront. Enjoy the poolside sun with a cool drink, then sit back and take in the Ocean Breeze from the beach on the lanai.

Reservation Policy
We appreciate comments and will make every effort to make your vacation rental comfortable.

CONDO SAFETY: We appreciate comments and will make every effort to make your vacation rental comfortable. Our Condo Complex is generally considered safe, however, please use common sense precautions: Lock your doors and windows, including the Lanai slider and don’t leave valuables laying in plain sight. Please always use the pins provided on the window sliders to lock your windows and slider, in either the open or closed position. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles.

KEYS: One front door key and condo number will be mailed to you upon receipt of rent and verification of funds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Security Deposit of US $350 is required to secure a reservation. This deposit is returned to you upon our receipt of the key after you have vacated.

PAYMENT OF RENT: Full payment is due at least 30 or days in advance of your occupancy. We accept personal checks only, in US dollars.

OCCUPANCY: Per State Law, maximum occupancy for 2BR condos is 6 persons.

MAID SERVICE, CLEANING FEE AND SUPPLIES: No daily maid service is available, cleaning is upon check out only. There is a cleaning fee of $125, no matter the length of stay There is only a start up supply of paper items and soaps in all units, including laundry soap. Renters are responsible to replenish these items as they are needed for their own use. However, from time-to-time, we will place hotel-type shampoo, soap, and other items in the lower right drawer in each bathroom for your personal use. Please take what you need.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no fees if cancelled 45 days prior to occupancy. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to occupancy, there is a $100 cancellation fee.

RENTAL RATES: All rates are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Receipt by us of your deposit locks in rate quoted.

Please leave your unit in good condition. You will be charged for any lost keys, excess cleaning or damage to the property during your stay from your Security Deposit . Charges are not limited to the deposit amount in case of damages. Your deposit will be returned within 30 days of Departure less any charges as mentioned above.
