Fully furnished One-Bedroom condo with beach access. Unit includes full kitchen, separate living, bedroom, and dining areas. Unit is fully furnished. All linens are provided, as well as paper products. Unit includes all kitchen equipment, such as refrigerator, freezer, stove, and range. Cupboards are stocked with pots and pans. Drawers are stocked with silver ware and service ware. The bedroom includes a high quality beautyrest bed.

We found this place on the Oregon Coast Vacations website, I believe, and we were looking for a place to get away before we moved to South america. The apartment is convenient to the highway, just south of Waldport; it was quiet and comfortable. As there was only the two of us, we didn´t need anything huge, and it was what we were hoping for. The apartment was clean, well-stocked and anything we lacked we could get in downtown Waldport. We spent 5 days there and enjoyed the time away. I used to have relatives in nearby Bayshore, so we know the area well. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

We did a spur of the moment get away. Jeffrey Dobson was absolutely gracious in getting us our time and place. We couldn't have gotten a nicer place for the value. It fit our needs perfectly. We came in early November (celebrating our 36th anniversary albeit a month late!) The weather was conducive for walking on the beach that time of year. We enjoyed the local people and eatery's. Internet was great, watched a Netflix movie online and located local eating establishments. I would recommend this place, great for two people.

Small, but adequate. We didn't start off on a great foot so to speak. When we arrived we found someone had forgotten to unlock the apartment. We could see the key though the window, right where we were told it would be. It took about an hour to find someone to open it for us. We had a large family above us and the noise was difficult to handle. We even discussed finding something else, but thankfully, they left before we did. Jeff did call and apologize after he learned how many children were there. Still didn't help the noise.

Quite a bit of exaggeration. Guests actually waited until the end of their stay to mention noisy guests. I wish that they had said something earlier, so that something could have been done.

We have stayed here several times, with children and teenagers both, and found it to be quite cozy! Immaculate, has every need, friendly manager, close enough to the beach, just a nice, cozy, apartment and all you need is to bring your own clothes! In our opinion you just can't beat the price charged and made for a family on a budget!

Loved the place was very clean, and up kept. Everything was supplied that we needed, and more than we thought we would get. The bed was comfortable and everything was cozy. We had two teenage boys with us sadly, so when the weather was bad outside they came inside, It was just a little cramped. If it was just my hubby and I it would have been the perfect size for us though.
I was pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen ware that was supplied in the kitchen along with toaster, blender... the whole nine yards. Then spot was pretty nice, close to town and the beach. Overall our vacation with excellent. I plan on going back if it's just the two of us. -

My family and I had traveled from Idaho to the WaldPort area for a family vacation. We stayed a week at the Waldport Sea Breeze Suites. I was very impressed with the outfitting of the rooms, as the room was well stocked with all items. We did not need to bring anything except for clothing and food. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Suite characteristics and amenities that were listed on the website were exactly as advertised. The customer service was excellent from the moment that the reservations were made to the end of the stay. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze Suites for you and your family. It is very close to the beach and the bonfire on the beach was a blast.

My experiance from the begining to end was great. I was able to request the unit and time frame all from the web site. I was replied back to with-in a couple of hours as to the avaiabilty and location of the unit. The location was as pictured and ammentities were plentyful. Cheking out was a breeze as well. We liked the unit and will go there again as the rates and location are among the best in the area.
