Ocean view from sliding glass door and sun deck. The main studio has a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, bathroom with shower, cast iron wood-burning fireplace & cable TV/DVD/VCR.
Need more beds? Add the "Crew's Quarters" to accommodate an additional three people.
The "Crew's Quarters" an optional bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. You can see the ocean from the twin bed.
This room is adjacent to the kitchen, "Crew's Quarters" remains unoccupied if you choose not to rent it with the main studio.

Rates are based on two person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 + tax per additional person or pet, per night. "Chart Room" can be rented to just one or two people, without the "Crew's Quarters" (optional bedroom) for $130.00 + tax per night for a four or five night stay; $120.00 + tax per night for a six night stay; $100.00 + tax per night for a seven night stay; or $90.00 + tax per night for a stay of eight nights or more during the busy season. There is a five person (regardless of age) maximum occupancy in "Chart Room & Crew's Quarters."
