Easy public beach access is located within 1/2 mile of home. An unmanaged, natural trail to the lake can be found just outside the home. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very private neighborhood, Sandpiper Beach House is best suited to quiet adult vacationers looking for a relaxing getaway or retreat. We enjoyed the exceptional grand views and excellent layout of the common space on the main floor. Downstairs rooms were a bit cool. The walk to the beach is a pleasant 10 minutes. A very agreeable place.

The house was very clean and comfortable. the architecture was nice, with plenty of natural light. the t.v. had a small chip in it, but it doesn't affect the experience one bit. All in all it was a really nice house that felt warm inside and made for a happy thanksgiving.

Had a wonderful time at Sandpiper - beautiful views, room to spread out, spacious kitchen to cook together in.
The management was very helpful and responsive when we had a problem with the tv.
The house was a bit far from the beach so sometimes we drove down the hill and parked at the beach access.

Perfect condition, hilltop location much nobler than oceanfront, with fog view of bizarre trees, hanging moss and black moor waters, without fog panoramic ocean rollers, the sunsets. No traffic noise from Highway 101, worth the journey from Upper Bavaria!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Beach House. The house is really well furnished and perfect for 5 couples. We loved the living rooms, both upstairs and down stairs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely come back here again.
