My family and I love this house! We've stayed there twice and will for sure book it again. It is perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable,excellent location,nice,clean rental. The only thing that would make this house better would be that there were bunkbeds (or twin beds)in one of the bedrooms. We have 2 boys and a girl,and the boys don't like sharing a bed,but the house works so well for us that they deal with it. Love the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean.

We had a wonderful time! plus a crazy experience! Even when the doors are locked from the inside, you can go turn the handle to go out .... so the first night we waited till late evening to get in the hot tub, taking our towels, no key or phone ... we did not realize that the doors could be locked even though the handle turns on the inside... you guessed it.... after a very relaxing hot tubbing we climbed out and found that we had locked ourselves out! After about 30 minutes of trying to get in (checking each window and door) we saw a light on at the neighbors house... kindly they called the management and within 15 minutes we were greeted by a nice man who let us back into the house.... so if you stay at this WONDERFUL rental, be sure the door is unlocked by checking the outside handle before you leave the house, if you intend to reenter especially from the hot tub. smiles.marie

The Hot Tub was great but the view was even better. The house was great and had everything you might need. Other than the electrical outlets don't seem to hold a plug being too big was strange but other than that We will more than likely rent this house again.

We had a great week and even saw the sun set everyday except the last evening. The hot tub was great for my fibromyaglia. The only complaint would be the bed was hard compared to our sleep # bed at home. Thanks.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was decorated nicely and the furnishings were very comfortable. The deck was great for sitting, reading, watching the tides come in and go out as well as all the beach activities. The beach access was very good. We definitely will stay here again.

This is probably one of the funnest vacations all of us have been on. Just went with my kids & grandkids. The house felt like home, very comfortable & clean.....and the back view was awesome! Will be doing this again soon!!

We rented this house for our family with our three kids (ages 7, 9,and 11) and we loved this house! We stayed for 5nights,and wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent location. The hot tub and deck were very enjoyable. I'd definately rent this house again. The house was very clean,and the kitchen was well equiped with all the basics,plus more.

This house was amazing!
The hot tub was hot the beach view and access to the beach was great. It simply could not have been any better. We will be back next year except this time we are hoping to stay for a week.

Our family spent awonderful week at this cozy beach house. The location is perfect for sight-seeing up and down the coast, as it in in the middle of most attractions. The home is well kept and clean.I had researched 200 rentals before choosing this one. After staying there, and driving by some of the other rentals that I had looked at on the internet, we were VERY glad that we chose Beachtime! We loved everything about it!

We took our Grandparents (98 and 94) and we had such an amazing time. We thoroughly enjoyed the tastefully decorated, wonderfully clean, and well furnished home. Loved the beach, even spotted a whale out in the ocean while lounging on the deck, and the sunsets are even better when viewed from the amazing hot tub. We could not be happier with our stay. We have stayed at this location twice and will do so again in the future. It is a perfect location for our family of six. Comfortable, clean and very easy access to the beach. The covered hot tub is a very nice bonus.

The oceanfront location was great and so was having the hot tub in an enclosed gazebo so that we could enjoy it & the view no matter what the weather had in store for us! Waldport is a great little town away from the touristy hustle & bustle, however it is close enough to Newport, Yachats, & Florence so that you can have the other if you choose. We had a great time & definitely plan to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Time. It was a very comfortable home fully furnished, with direct beach access, a wonderful view of the ocean and a very quiet neighborhood. We brought quilting and Photoshop projects to work on but the weather was so nice, and the location so conducive to getting out that we never did get serious about our "real" reason for being in Waldport. We also really appreciated being able to put our car in the garage--thank you! Also enjoyed making sand castles on the beach using the great molds we found in the garage! We definitely recommend this home, and hope to come again!

This was our first time renting a home for a trip to the Newport/Waldport area. We were not disappointed. The location was beautiful and the population on the beach made us feel we had it to ourselves the majority of the time.
The house itself was comfortable, the view spectacular, and we wanted for nothing. We cooked in the kitchen which had all the utensils we needed.
We had an excellent time and look forward to using Bayshore rentals again. -

We loved our weekend at this house. It is ideal for those who want to just enjoy the beach, cook, and play. We had an 8 yr old and a 3 yr old that did not want to leave the sand dunes that were right off the deck (small sand dunes) - it was nice to be
able to relax on the deck, but still keep our eyes on the kids. The hot tub was clean, hot, and appreciated it being glassed in - nice break from the wind. Thanks! -

Overall, a very nice place and very clean, nice big kitchen and bright living room with great view. Nice deck and beach access. Great DVD/VHS collection for kids and adults alike. Beds, used by ages 3 to 63, could have been more comfortable. No light in Jacuzzi and shelter around jacuzzi could use more ventilation...more like sauna than jacuzzi.

The overall the stay was wonderful!(too short tho!) Next year we hope to have one more night so we have two FULL days. We had a fantastic girl friend group and a terrific house except for the hard beds:( and swamp out front. The staff that helped me was absolutely fantastic! I think it was Barb and Lisa? sorry if I have that wrong. You were very nice and helpful. I have been renting with you for 20+ years (amazing) and I plan on continuing! Thank you for the early in and late check out too, that is so nice!
I wish we could rent more often.

This is our third time staying at the "Beach Time" house. This time we invited Grandma and Grandpa. They loved it as much as we do! Being a one-level home is great because you don't have to worry about kiddos (or Gma & Gpa) running up & down the steps! The spacious deck over-seeing and leading to the beach is great because Gma and Gpa could see the kids playing from their chairs and I could BBQ on the deck while keeping an eye on them, too.

We had such a wonderful time at Beach Time in Waldport, OR. The house is just a few steps away from the beach, the view is awesome, the hot tub was a big hit with the family & we even had a swallow's nest we got to watch daily that was above the deck light. The management was great too. Our coffee pot broke around the 5th day and when we asked for a replacement they gave us a whole new coffee maker. We will definitely be back to this wonderful location & house!

The location of this property could not have been better. Right on the beach. The property had a great layout with plenty of room and was very relaxing. The hot tub was clean and in good condition, perfect for the evenings. The house was well stocked with nice sheets, plenty of towels. The housekeeping could have been a little better, with just the basics being well cleaned. The dryer was broken and it ruined a couple of outfits, but the management company offered to reimburse and a repairman came right away, but it left us without a way to dry anything. Overall I would highly recommend this property. Very Comfertable and a beautiful setting.

This house had such a great feel to it....comfy. Great deck facing the ocean, perfect for the kids to play in the short dunes while the adults watched in comfort from either inside or outside. The beds were a bit hard, but the location made up for it!
